There is nothing worst then getting food far from where your going. And find out when you get there your order is incomplete. I ordered a meat lovers burrito one evening and got home to find out all I had was egg and bacon. I sucked it up and ate it anyway. Only to be crunching down on egg shells and felled sick hours after a ate..(I sucked that up). I stopped by for a second time a week later due to this location being convenient for my commute. I ordered a double meat burger. I drove a few blocks and found out I had a singe meat burger... I love Jack in the Box. But things things I will stop going for... Its a waste of time and money to order and get it back wrong and then become unhappy....

Pulled up to the drive thru at 5:48 no hours were posted at the ordering station, so I pulled up to the window. All lights were on and I now saw that they opened in 6 minutes so I sat at the window patiently waiting, no problem. At 5:55 an employee came to the window and advised me that they dont open until 6 a.m and I stated, "no problem". The female employee then got very rude and stated "MOVE YOUR CAR!" I live very close to this location and have visited there very often. No more, I left without ordering and will now go to McDonalds. Merry Christmas to you too JACK! Couldnt she have smiled and been polite, instead of giving me a dirty look and being very hateful?

Customer service is awful. I shouldnt walk in and be greeted with a very abrupt and obnoxious hello. Generally when people come into a store you greet them with how may I help you today or can I take your order. I have realized that customer service has gone completely out the f****** window. For the most part of it Ive noticed a significant amount of illegal immigrants Mexican most of them. Are f****** retarded! Learn to be polite and Ill get you a lot farther in life. Dont be an obnoxious a hole!

I stopped in tonight and order 4 tacos and 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers with only ketchup and onion. I told them to make sure that the cheese and bacon were still on the burgers. Instead I get my tacos and two hamburgers with onion and ketchup. I understand its just two bucks. What frustrates me is that I gave clear instructions so exactly this wouldnt happen. Why would I pay for bacon cheeseburgers if I didnt want the bacon or cheese??

No Service, walked in and there was no employees visible. I could hear someone talking to the one car in the drive thru taking their order. Finally saw what looked like a Manager. He glanced at me and then went to help the other employee with the one drive thru order. When no one would acknowledge me, a customer, at the front counter; I decided it was time to find a different place to spend my dinner break and money.

The drive thru closes at midnight. I stopped by at 11:20pm. All the lights were off, no one answered, but there was a car parked in the front. I imagine that the closing manager was hiding in the back and waiting to close until midnight. Lame ass. From a business perspective, thats a violation of its hours, service, and company representation.

No manager on site. The employees were unable to perform a refund. I ordered egg rolls and asked what kind of meat were in the egg rolls. The cashier did not know and asked the cook. She said there was no meat. When I received the egg rolls, there was white meat inside. I looked up the ingredients. Theres pork in the egg rolls.

No good service on this jack i went there at 12 am and Veronica took my order on drive abd wenever a pulled up to the window she didnt repeat the order to me and gave me 2 instead of 6 like a ordered. I dont know where they train their people but they need to work on that

Its a jack. As expected, but a lot of times the bill is much more then expected and its not clear why. Im guessing the menu prices arent what gets rung up. Maybe the (resize?) It for a higher price. Not worth fighting, but it would be nice if it was clear.

Manager doesnt even speak English he didnt understand my complaints or any questions I asked.just nodded and said yes yes yes???? Who would put someone in a managerial position in AMERICA who doesnt even speak English. I left so frustrated.

I am not sure if my tastes have matured with age (pretty sure this isnt the case) or if Jack has just gone downhill. This particular location has friendly service but nothing on the menu tastes good. Its such a shame...

Went here at 2:20pm on Saturday, they didnt answer the drive thru, open sign on, went inside, person behind the counter turned me away saying they were closed. A family was eating behind me. Not sure why this happened

Its the ONLY Jack in the Box that I know in Texas thats not 24 hrs. Thats why I go to Jack in the Crack, when I leave the club at 3 a.m., I want my Jumbo Jack with cheese. Jack has lost a customer. Whataburger it is.

Fast drive thru but thanks for the food poisoning after eating a fish sandwich there. Sick for two days and this was the only thing I had eaten that day. Will never go back to this location again!!!!
