Whatadisgusting place! They serve the NASTIEST stale food ive ever seen hands down! The mayo on my chicken sandwich was curttled and wasnt even in liquid form anymore, only small little chunks! the frys look like they were sitting behind the fryer and they just scooped them up off the floor! The gravy they gave me was so old, it looked like someone took a big spoonful, put it in their mouth and spit it in their little gravy cup! Why is it so hard to get what you pay for? The lady working the drive thru was more concerned about hurrying us along, so she could talk with her boyfriend or whatever that was in line behind me! Worst whatabuger i have ever been to! I bet the owner is so proud!

Michael G. totally made my day at this place, his attitude was awesome. He was the white guy with sunglasses, taking care of the far line on the drive thru. He was super courteous and friendly. Took my payment, gave me my drink and my food very fast in more than one trip and in a very timely manner. He was very professional and even made me chose something I wasnt thinking about that I really like. He totally deserves a recognition or something like that as an employee.

Been here several times, line always takes forever, but thats fine for fresh food. This time, order was repeated numerous times correctly, however 3 out of 4 items were wrong in bag. Attempted to fix, another item still wrong. Girl at window was trying but another employee who wasnt even in the conversation kept trying to take over and just slowed things down more. Wasnt window employee fault. Been twice now recently with mistakes, so thought I would share this time.

Visited on a holiday weekend at midnight and had to wait twenty minutes for a single burger; long line at the drive-thru, but they had at least four people in the back from what I saw. Thats at least minus three stars. However, the burger was so damn well made and tasted so damn great, I have to give them a break this time around. I will be back, but hopefully the wait will be significantly shorter next time around.

So I never really had a bad experience here, but after today I went to gran lunch before my lunch time at work was over, and I get to work open the burger and NO meat! I was so disappointed and furious, I couldnt go back because my lunch was almost over so I just threw it away, unfortunately. Smh I dont think I can ever go back to this place after that I rather just wait till I get home next time ...

I used to come here all the time and always got great food and service. But then this one time, the drive-thru took 30 minutes, cold food. When I asked to speak to manager, he said it wasnt his fault, he just started his shift. I called the general manager, Im still waiting for a call back! When they do good, they do great. When they do bad, they do really really bad!

I went here with a team while we were at a competition. We were all amazed by the great prices, drink selection and delicious food. Cashier and service were top notch, and the restaurant was clean. The only bad thing I have to say about it is that 20 of us went in and 15 of us had stomach aches coming out. Well worth it. 9.5/10, would stomach ache again.

By far one of the most courteous Whataburger. A recent addition to Irving, TX. Even though current freeway constriction of 183 freeway is drag and an eyesore for those nearby, this Whataburger still maintains its outer and inter physique. IF DRIVING/TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON 183 FREEWAY GET OF ON STORY RD EXIT.

This is the worst whateburger that I ever visit before.... ok ok the place is nice but man the service is really bad today it took me 15 minutes get to the window and pay and 5 more to gue my order please I got charge twice for my order I will never come back to this location

OMG! Whataburger has come a long way. The service was great. I had about 3 different faces come to my table to ask if we were okay not counting the waitress that brought us the food. High five! Restrooms were super clean, tables were being serviced the entire time.

I never come to this particular Whataburger but when I did, they took 15 mins to bring out just the sandwiches and another 10 mins to bring out the fries. Spoke with the supervisor and she refunded my money back otherwise I would have left 1 star.

An oasis in a sea of humanity. I was early to a meeting and needed to stop. It was late afternoon and the restaurant was nearly empty. I purchased my ice tea and check Facebook and emails. Later purchased a Whataburger for the trip home.

They tend to have a wait. They generally get orders right by if go so for extra sauces like ranch or A1 they tend to only do normal. Late night trips take a really long time to get through the line.

Great burgers and fries at an inexpensive price. Whataburger and Cook Out are now my two favorite burger chains...hoping they become more widespread soon. Blows away the big 3 burger chains.
