Every time I go here the cashiers ALWAYS mess up my order. I went today to get food really quickly , I ordered ar jumbo jack and some medium fries... Let me first say , when I go to McDonalds (favorite fast food) the bigmac is HUGE so I always get a jr Mac so I thought the same for jack in the box so I ordered a Jr... Well I was wrong ! The Jr was SO tiny , tasty but the size wasnt nearly worth the price.. Secondly my fries were so old and stale ! I couldnt even eat them because of the consistency.. Im gonna have to think real hard about ordering food other than tacos there again. (I wouldnt recommend this place unless youre in a hurry because its never crowded inside)

The map quest was great. But Jack in the box was a let down it said it was opened 24 hours and the lights were off and the drive thru was off as well. I really wanted Jack in the box and had to go someplace else for breakfast. What a let down. Really if you say your opened 24 hours you need to he opened I passed 2 other Jack in the boxes because they said they did not open until 6. But no I did not want to wait 30 min to get my food. So what do I do I drive out of my way to this one that was suppose to be opened just to find out it was not. Way to go Jack in the box. Thanks for messing up my breakfast.

Restroom uses the THINNEST toilet tissue known to man. Seriously, you can SEE through it, its so thin. Breaks apart one panel at a time. The secret is to use two hands to dispense it - one hand to hold up the roll above and the second hand to dispense it very carefully. This may seem to be a silly thing to quibble over but think about it. If the management skimps on things like toilet tissue, imagine where else theyre cutting corners - as in your food. Think about it. Find a restaurant that doesnt cut corners this badly.

Happened on December 3 at 2:30pm. Went in to place an order and the people in front of me wanted to try chipotle sauce. The cashier gave them two samples of it but without a spoon. Well the customers decide to use there fingers to scoop and sucked on there fingers to try it. Then they continued on to touch on all the ketchup access and soda machine. The cashier just watched it all unfold like nothing was wrong with it.The whole situation was bizarreI just walked straight out. Wont be going back ever.

This location is always been absolutely terrible On the website it says its open 24 hours Thats not right Internet hours says it closes at 4 am but in actually it closes at 12:55 am The food and quality is unacceptable I have tried to eat here numerous times over the last 2 years but have always been disappointed Dont waste your time unless you are drunk and have no choice When they close before 1 am, just go to taco bell

Someone Needs to report this restaurant ASAP, MANAGER FREDDY does not care about the restaurant or the customers , hairs have been appearing on customers frys , they give the food cold , a customer went one night of a 24hr day they closed at 11pm on drive thru MANAGER FREDDY WAS RUDE and kicked them out from the drive thru. IS A REALLYBAD SERVICE AND IF THEY DINT GET BETTER THEY WILL GET IN BIG TROUBLE .

Their posted hours state they open at 6 AM. We have now driven by on three separate occasions between 6:10 & 6:15 AM, and the store is closed! There are some employees there…seemingly hiding. One day, a kind lady came to the drive through window to explain that they couldnt open until to manager arrived. What???? Why cant the manager get there on time? Come on, Jack-in-the-Box! So unprofessional!

They tow your car! They have a spotter sitting inside with two tow trucks working. we went to Chik fil a next door and then back to get a burger at Jack and they towed our car saying we couldnt go to multiple restaurants and park in their lot. Bunch of thieves. Towed three cars while we waited for a taxi. Cost us $300 and made us late for a meeting. AVOID

We found multiple hairs on our regular fries, our curly fries were cold, there were literally only 3 clean tables in the whole restaurant. To top it off, we waited over 10 minutes just to order our food with only one guy in front of us then waited an additional 15 minutes to get our food. Just terrible experience!

We ate breakfast here this morning. The Waffle Breakfast Sandwich was awesome. The store seemed pretty clean. I will say that it was a little difficult to understand the person at the register. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing breakfast here.
