Worst exerience ever. When we walked in, the floor was too slippery. I understand that they need to clean floors but they shouldnt be as wet and slippery. When we were at the counter the cashier took a while to take our order. Our order took 20 minutes to reach our table. There were no cars in the drive thru and very few people in the restaurant. The workers were standing around doing nothing. We got our order and 2 out of 4 burgers were wrong, one was soggy and the other was cold. All three fry orders were completely raw. We returned the fries and the cold burger and asked for a refund. One of the wrong orders we asked to change but the whataburger taste was not there. While inside the restaurant many customers took their orders up to the counter because of mistakes in the orders including some that had ordered through the drive thru. I was extemely disappointed. I had already encounter a problem with the last order i made in this location back in August 2016. I will never return to this location and wouldnt recomend anyone to go.

The song that the drive-thru was very busy they have a double drive-thru but they always have one lane open. We walked in to the dining room where it was empty we were welcomed and asked if we wanted to place an order by manager we asked management was it going to take long we saw that the drive-thru was very busy and he said it was pretty busy and it would look like it could take a long time he said you know we didnt want to waste our time he would suggest that we go somewhere else which this wasnt the first time for this location its very bad service lines are always long food is always cold at I can never understand they have a double drive-thru always only have one open managers cannot seem to get their staff straight its just an awful location and awful location we will drive actually to a further location to have Whataburger instead of going to the closest location to our house I recommend people to stay away from this Whataburger

My sister and I came here - barely made it here after being rescued by our brother-in-law during "Icepocalypse" (we were stranded in my one bedroom apartment with no internet or cable, and only ramen for three days). As ugly as it was outside, every single worker seemed happy to be there and greeted each patron with a smile. The floors should have been wet and muddy from all the ice and dirt being tracked in, but it was kept clean the entire time. Thank you so much for making our first meal as Icepocalypse refugees worth the hour and a half drive (from Denton) it took to get there.

I worked for wb years ago. I still love this place even though i left on not so good terms with my area supervisor after losing my wife and kid back to back years. I was a manager at the time. A few bad apples in an otherwise amazing company. The team here at this store are amazing. Friendly fast helpful. Food is always fresh. Glad and proud to say i once held a leadership position in this company. Stores like this remind me of that. Visit this location you wont be disappointed.

Service and cleanliness can vary. Sometimes its great. Sometimes they are rude, try to over charge you, dont enter your coupon code, and finding a clean table is a challenge. Probably depends on who is working, especially the management. The Hispanic female manager seems to be the one working when the issues are present. Over all, this Whataburger is not up to Whataburger standards. For being a new one in a heavily growing area you would expect more.

I am really sad the lady taking orders on the window is a liar she told me to wait 30 sec for my frys and it took 10 min On top of that she told me to pull to the front door then I have to wait another 5 minutes until I went inside the restaurant to find out why it was taking forever then I ask for a supervisor and there was nobody to assist me this is ridiculous!!!

This Whataburger needs to get its stuff together. Ive eaten at many other whataburgers and all of them taste better than the one in Cross Roads. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, but they need to work on the quality of their food.

This is a very busy Whataburger and one of the better ones. Ive been multiple times, and theyve never made a mistake on my order, my fries have never been cold and they move customers through the drive thru at a reasonable pace.

Make no mistake, I love Whataburger but this location is so slow. Every time I go I sit in the drive through for at least 10-15. Food is always good but they need to speed up their drive through times.
