Drive thru line was long and very slow. Waited at the speaker for someone to take my order which they never did. Called and spoke with manager,but she simply said "They skipped over you" well what was the order taker doing then? I asked for cooperate number, but she gave me district manager number instead. Will not be returning to this location again.

Its your average fast food burger joint, so nothing to expect out of the norm with the food. The customer service skills need work on the late shift, but the people during the mornings are great and friendly. The food is prepared sloppy every now and then. I usually stop here late nights since they are one of the few that stays open until midnight.

Man this jack in the box sucks. Two times I went and they never have what I want to order. No rice for the chicken teriyaki bowl and they never have sweet tea like seriously. People they have working here look like they dont even want to work at all. I wouldnt even be giving this place a star cause it dont let me give anything below that.

The main manager(Jesus) is highly rude does not give the right employees who work hard with enthusiasm hours, he acts bias at times, never smiles, and works too hard and never works smart... employees are nice tho and love there job, but the manager Jesus does not seem to know what he is doing as a manager....

Dirty inside, bugs inside lights, smelled like dead mice, orders wrong and took forever. People before us waited 20 min for 10 tacos. They really had sat to wait and employees just forgot. Ridiculous!! Ceiling tiles gross, just unclean. 1st time not going thru drive thru. Will be calling manager tomorrow.

My husband got food poison from this restaurant on Friday, 02/14/2014, 1pm. When we phoned to talk with a manager today, there were none on duty; just a kid as team leader name Glenn who indicated the manager, Jesus, would be in tomorrow. Will report this restaurant to the health department.

Always mess something up with the order, either missing a topping on burgers, completely forgetting something, or mixing up food. Its always something. Workers need to buckle down.
