I was just there and ordered from the menu what I saw, it said kona classic hot or iced regular $1. Apparently that is not the correct price because when we got to the window, the guy said it was $1.99 for the kona and $1 for the iced coffee. I said I would take an iced coffee and I told him that the menu shows it incorrectly. Then the manager, Shawn, came to the window and asked what the problem was. I politely explained the misunderstanding and said it want a big deal, and they should correct the menu so no one gets confused. He asked at that point what I want and I said exactly what we had ordered but instead of the $1.99, I.wanted the iced coffee. They brought a hot coffee and Shawn reiterated that the iced coffee was not $1. At this point I got pretty irritated. Ive worked in the service industry almost my whole working career and when there is a misunderstanding with the customer, we accommodate them. He seemed to be so strict on making us pay the $1.99. I told him I felt I deserved to get the iced coffee for the advertised price on the menu and would even let him see the menu advertised incorrectly first but he was unyielding. I cant believe he was willing to lose a customer over $.99. If he wouldve just owned up to the problem and not been so rude, we wouldve continued with the order. We will never go to this particular Jack in the Box again and will disuade anyone I know to as well.

The Teriyaki bowls at this JITB are awful. Let me reiterate that, in case there is a misunderstanding -- The Teriyaki Bowls At This JITB ARE AWFUL. I have had Teriyaki bowls at other locations that were nearly restaurant quality, as in real Asian food restaurant quality. At the Hebron location, the rice is ALWAYS mushy and bland, and I mean ALWAYS. We have eaten here a lot -- A LOT over the past 12 years and they just get worse and worse. Or, no, Ill say they just stay the same -- BAD. The toppings will be okay, sometimes a bit pitiful-looking but not horrible, and often without much sauce at all (or in some cases absolutely drowning in sauce). But the rice...my cat could boil better rice, and he cant reach the stove, so...terrible terrible terrible terrible. Its rice, not beef wellington. I keep going back on the gamble that maybe THIS time Ill luck out and get a decent one, which happens every blue moon. I often have a craving for one, but what I want, they dont got. Ive started making a homemade version which is out of this world (and uses real sticky-rice), something I should have done ages ago. But sometimes you want something quick and on the go. Worst Teriyaki bowls ever. Worst. Ever.

This will be my last trip here. The time before, I stood at the counter for easily five minutes while all of the employees avoided eye contact with me. I eventually left because no one ever approached the register to take my order. This time I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it came out with 1/2 a bun, no top. When I took it to the counter and said "I need the rest of this bun, its supposed to be a sandwich", they looked at my as if I was speaking an ancient language, like I was the a$& who forgot how to make a sandwich. They then tried to convince me "that is what you ordered". If you charge $3 for what is really just a $1 sandwich, I at least expect to get a whole bun.

Ordered a Texas Double Jack. Received a normal Jack. Its was a long line to get my food so I wasnt that happy when I got home. I called them and no one answered. Kept calling until I arrived there. Told them what happed and they sent me to the front window. I showed the manager my receipt and showed them the burger. I asked for a refund, she asked for the burger back and she threw it away infront of me. IDK, maybe Im exaggerating, but I felt that was rude. Instead of apologizing, she said "she is new" and I said Im not mad at her, it happens. Never received an apology, whatever I guess.

Forget this place they need to close it. I was here right before Christmas and this rude ass person. Threw my drinks out at me because it was cold. He would not open the window to hand me my food correctly. And when I told him that he was being rude and it was just as cold for me as it was for him. He told me that if I did not like it to go somewhere else. They need to fire his ass or close this hell whole one. There is never more than one person working early am and it always takes forever to get our food.

Got my order completely wrong. Then attempted to tell me (twice) that I ordered it wrong. #1). That is impossible. I ONLY order one thing off of the breakfast menu (#26) when I stop at Jack n the Box. #2). Dont attempt to correct me / argue with me (the customer) on my order and then talk about me in Spanish to your coworkers (as if I dont know what youre saying). I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE / CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Horrible! Its like every time we go here they screw something up. Tonight husband ordered 2 buttery jacks. Lady says is it okay we give you a jumbo jack instead. He heard you and started making it already. Husband said no and they still gave us two jumbo jacks instead of what we orderd but charged us for the other! They need to get it together and actually hire some people who know how to do the job.

Ordering here was ridiculously difficult! The drive thru gentleman couldnt get any of my order right even after I pulled up to the window to order. Then after the 3rd time of messing up my order the guy told me hes just drive thru he doesnt control what the cooks do. Not to be rude but drive thru is responsible for making sure they take the order right and the food is as ordered.

Went side to place order and had to wait several mins to be greeted. Received drink cups after placing order and almost all drink options are empty. Basically watered down Sprite and diet drinks. Oh, and NO ice. Still waiting on food 10 mins later. Makes NO sense considering there are only a couple of customers. Seems drive thru gets more attention here.

I needed to use the restroom and when i got in the stall i locked the door so no-one would come in. When i finished i tried to unlock it and it would not let me out....i tried multiple times and it would not budge....fix your restrooms jack in the box...you have the money, use it!!! Horrible restrooms....i had to crawl under to get out....

The cashier, and not to mention the un-caring manager in the background, were extremely rude and straight with us. Avoided eye contact, ignored my order for 15 minutes while he did his own thing, then took another 10 to actually give us the food. The order was a mini pre-made chocolate cake and churros..
