So let me tell you about my experience about this IHOP. I pity the customers that come here. So it was hot summers Sunday morning Probably peak brunch time. Me and my cousin walked in. We approached the main desk as a friendly hostess welcomed us with a warm smile. Then walked us over to our table. Which at this moment we didnt realize we would be there for another 45 min UNTIL FURTHER CONTACT WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. So we waited for 45 min before a employee even recognized us that weve been sitting here for a very very long time. During this time Ive read the menu 3 times and changed my order about 4 times. When someone recognized us he said Ill be with You in just a moment, that moment lasted an eternity of waiting....food just came. Dont come here peak hours. Horrible.

We went last night and food was horrible. We ordered Mac&Cheese from kids menu and it was pathetic. It was completely dry with no sauce , and obviously looked it was made earlier in the day and just heated in microwave. It was without any seasoning and no cheese sauce. We talked to the server , his response was he will talk to the manager. But manager did not even showed up to our table. 2nd dish we ordered was Ceaser Chi Salad - the salad was room temperature with way too much of croutons , and lettuce was not fresh at all and only had 5 thin shaves of parm cheese. . Definitely avoid next time....

I would never go back to this location iHop. It just ruined my whole love for iHop. Shortage of staff, long waiting times, worst serving experience, bad quality food. They want to get rid of you as soon as you are seated at table. They bring in all the foods ordered at once, dont follow the specifics of order and later wont even wait for you to finish up eating and just then the check is thrown at you!!! Worst experience ever. A word of caution - please stay from this location IHOP,

Bad service. We felt forgotten after sitting for 10 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. It was not busy at all, and we saw available waiters. We finally asked someone and got to order, but then had to wait forever for the food. We even saw one of the dishes just sitting ready for at least 10 min on the counter. It didnt seem like the waiter even wanted to be there. Food was ok, though they got the eggs wrong and we had to rush it cause I had to get to the airport.

I went there about 4 in the morning there was no one at the front but when the staff spotted me they treated me very friendly and took care of me right away, i dont know their names but it was a tall slim built white guy and a cute yella skin girl, both had great character and know how to treat customers. Made me feel glad i came there bc i had doubts whn i walked in but thanks u two for offering me a drink while i wait n giving me my food while it was still hot. Later

What did I like about this place? Pretty much nothing I been waiting for30 min and the food has not arrive yet .. The soda its not good its pure syrupe.. And by the front door smells bad like pee . Well maybe wont recomend it as a dinner place .. But probably for breakfast well ovarral this place dont deserve one star .. Am thinking of walking oout if the food dont arrive in a few minutes.. Thankyou ihop for ur hospitality it not the bes JAJA...

Just left here and Im never coming back. They had only one cook, which I could understand, if the fact that we didnt get our silverware, no ketchup or butter when supposed to, the coffee caraffe was barely filled and was cold. I saw one waitress just walking around, one dude in a track suit who looked like he worked there, but wasnt doing anything, and the food was gross. Didnt even see a manager once. Ugh.

Just walked out...waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the table and eventually walked out. Nothing was said to us after the host sat us down. I made eye contact with several of the wait staff and nobody attempted take even our drink order. Unfortunately this isnt the first time we have had to wait an ungodly amount of time here to be waited on. Best advice is to go to the diner up the road.

VERY SLOW service on a night that didnt even have many customers there! Making matters worse, customers that came in after us received their drinks long before us. Lots of forgetting what we asked for. When food finally came out, it was lukewarm. This has become a common occurrence at not only this IHOP but other locations across DFW! Thus, this may very well be my last time dining at IHOP.

Waited a while to be seated and it wasnt even busy. Order apps, and dinner. Appetizer came out in time, however 30 min after receiving them, I am told that the kitchen ran out of lettuce. Soooooooo alot of what I wanted was eliminated. We werent waited on properly and I had to keep looking for the waitress for drinks, napkins, etc. Just all around, not a great experience.

Slow service. I waited 10 minutes for cold coffee. Food came out and was warm, not even hot enough to melt the cheese on my omelette. Manager loudly gossiping about others to the wait staff. They are not very concerned about hot food, fresh coffee, or customer service. Waiter never even checked back with me, just dropped the check and disappeared.

Terrible service. I place to go orders all the time at this location, and on a rare occasion they have it out in the 10 min time frame they give me when I call in. Most of the time its 15-20 mins or longer. Im not sure if its poor management, short staff or both, but whatever you do dont order from here if you are in any kind of hurry.

Worst IHOP location around. Food was decent, lower quality than other IHOPs, but pretty good. Servers were great, though. The food took forever to come out -- waited over an hour during a low-volume time. Restaurant is superficially clean, but has a filthy vibe: theres an underlying stench (mildew, maybe?) and the carpet is gross.

Im from Jersey and went to this place while visiting Texas. The food was crappy, very small portions. The soup I was given was literally filled up 1/4 of an already small plate. Never seen that in ihops in NJ. The order took forever even though the place was basically empty. In general, not a very good experience.

We have historical experience of worst service in this location. Today we waited for 30 mins and nobody even cared to take the order. Last time the food that we ordered was served after 1 hr absolutely cold. Today our patience have ran out and we have decided not to visit this location ever.

While i really like this place, i have had couple of not so good experience. It is really good that they are open 24 hours on Christmas day too however the service is compromised. The service yesterday was not good at all, there was no silverware nor a smile. Hope this is a one off situation
