Weve been to this location a few times. When it first opened it was nice and we had great service. It slowly went downhill the longer it was open (which has not been long). The service has become deplorable. We called to place a to-go order because we like the food, but wanted to avoid the bad service. It seems they cant manage a to-go order either. The girl on the phone did not even know the menu items I was talking about (a philly sandwich and 4 piece crispy tenders, both on their menu). She asked me a few times to repeat it, then repeated it back wrong a few times, then told me she couldnt place my order at the moment before saying never mind and putting me on hold. When she picked back up she told me my total was over $30. I told her thats not right, those two items dont add up to $30. She said she wrote the order down, gave it to her boss, then he put the order in and thats the total he got. I wish I could have just talked to him to place the order to begin with, or anyone who knew how to place an order correctly. I gave up after that and hung up. I really hope they get their service in order. I like the food, but cant handle their customer service. Its terrible.

Weve dined in this restaurant on frequent occasions and have found these things unacceptable: 1) There has been trash on the dining room floors. 2) The tables arent wiped down. 3) A very foul odor coming from the bar area, which had the entire restaurant stinky. 4) In the handicap stall of the ladies restroom, the light was out and trash on the floor because the trash can was overflowed. This is about the 5th trip to this restaurant and I have spoken with the management about these things and the only person I was able to get matters corrected was with one of the manager, Mr. Rahmad Buster. I keep saying that Im not going back to this particular location, but its too convenient because it is the closest store to me. However, I cannot jeopardize my health safety with concerns of contamination or illness due to unsanitary practices. Please contact me about this matter.

This place was disgusting! It smells like horrible throughout the entire place, like a combo of vinegar and piss. Waited about 20 minutes before we were asked if we wanted something to drink... when the waiter ended up being the guy who was standing behind us doing nothing the whole time! Just had drinks and watched the game, but took forever for more drinks! The bathrooms were out of toilet paper, and there were even employees using them while I was in there! One didnt even wash their hands! This is by far the WORSE BWW Ive ever been to!

I travel all around the country, absolutely one of the worst Ive been to. The people in the kitchen come out and fraternize with the "servers", while looking high & dirty. Most of the "servers" are either gathered around the hostess stand gossiping or playing on the jukebox or Claw machine game. Meanwhile, the bathrooms are filthy, the draft beer isnt cold and the food is sub-par. Easy to tell there is no respect for management. I feel sorry for the few good servers who are running food while everyone catches up. Dont waste your time.

Place hasnt changed since it opened. Food comes out cold half the time or you wait an hour and it comes out maybe room temperature to warm if your lucky. Wait staff is subpar and I dont think management has a clue of how to run a restaurant. Gave BWW more than enough opportunities since opening at this location. I really had hoped they would get act together instead of running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cutoff. Unfortunately I wont be going to this location anymore. I will find a another BWW to go to instead.

Their food is good most of the time, but they screw up the food almost every time I go in. But this time was the last straw. There was a FEATHER on one of my wings and the mangers response when I took the proof to him "our wings are fresh. On a night like tonight (traditional Tuesday) we make 1000 wings in 15 minutes. I understand that but that SHOULD NOT include wings. My stomach was turned. He gave me coupons but I will NOT be returning for quite some time after that.

Horrible! I ordered 100 drums to go. When I arrived at the restaurant I was informed that buffalo wild wings CANT do all drums as per "PHILLIP. the cashier attempted to make it right by replacing the order, but the manager PHILLIP stopped her from doing so. no other attempt was made. I would have even paid extra if asked. this decision effected myself and 6 other people. Yep, it was my turn to bring lunch, maybe next time :(

service was pretty lame an slow. when we finally came to get a seat, floors an every table was dirty an still had empty cups an half eaten food on the table . an have to mention it wasnt even close to rush hour,it was pretty dead an wasnt busy. an couldnt help notice people waiting in line to pay their bill. i think this pace needs a makeover of staff..

For a Tuesday, the service was mediocre, she never came to check up on us, we waited forever for drinks and almost left because of how long the food took to come out and when it did you could tell it had been sitting in the window forever . In general, if you want good service and good food do NOT go to buffalo wild wings in lake jackson

All the waitresses have been very nice, and friendly. I felt welcomed. I am native American (brown). I been here serval times in the mornings. When its not to busy, and so far I have been satisfied. The food is good. Lots of TVs with different channels on. The waitresses have all been professional. I look forward to my next visit.

Bad waiters/waitresses, food isnt that great and Ive been overcharged several times. Just bad in general unless you get this one waiter I dont know his name but he gave me and my friends free ranch and fries cause the waitress we had sucked. Like I said I dont know his name but hes the real MVP.

Wingstop beats this place in every category but one and thats the sitting area. If wingstop had a bigger restaurant to accommodate their guests then this place would probably close. There is a weird smell as soon as you walk through the door. Wait time to be seated wasnt too long. Food was okay

Try to get a hold of the facility on the phone was left ringing for about for five minutes and then put on hold before transfer me around again ring through I was told immediately if theyre busy couldnt help me at all manager was not apologetic and didnt even offer to take my order

No server after being seated for awhile. Drinks took too long. 2 other tables after us got their food before we did. Felt like we were being rushed cause after we finally got our food our check was also there. I understand it gets busy, but dont jus over look a table.

Poor service! Food wasnt that great and drink refills were hard to get. I had to take our glasses for refills and another waitress said that they would bring us our drinks. Well I guess that made our waitress mad because she slammed my water down in front of me.
