TERRIBLE service. Management seems not caring for customers. Tables and seats are wet (if they are clean) and esp. the seats always have food residue left. First off all, we go to this place at least several times a month, unfortunately. Mainly because, one of us likes their wings. Thats all. Being said that, as weve experienced so far as follows: Many of the servers are nice, however some of the servers seem to have less patience. One strange thing we have noticed that "order taker" (server) takes your order and then someone else (assuming from the kitchen) serves the food on the table. And most of the times we have found some items always were missing. And every time we asked the person something was missing they responded us to speak with the server. And always, always server is no where to be found. Oh never mind, she (mostly) either busy chatting with fellow servers or no where to be seen. Then after a long while (almost more than half way were done eating) server showed up and asked hows everything. So, yeah .. ! And we never had a manager stopping by to say hello (except for last Saturday 3/26). Last Saturday manager (as we assumed) asked us if everythings okay as he was walking by. And the truth is, thats the worst place we have been served by. And as we mentioned before, we would never go to BWW except for one of us likes their wings very much. So there ya go. By the way, weve brought those issues to the mangers attention, in stead of solving issues, he offered us money back. But we all know that offering money isnt the best solution. Love going here and always get awesome service. BUT NEVER EVER ORDER TAKEOUT!!! Its happened on a few occasions where my order isnt ready and thats when I order within 15min to arrival or they forget something but this last time was ridiculous. I set my order for an hour before arrival and when I got there they hadnt even started making it yet. It took an additional half an hour. When I asked about getting free drinks for my wait the employee said "No" with attitude like I annoyed him for their mistake. And they forgot my sauce on the side. It was really disappointing because I love the food and enjoy going there. But NEVER EVER ordering from them again!!

Bdubs is my favorite. This location in particular is generally pretty fast at getting food turned out. Its a popular spot for big sports events, so seating can be hard to get at those times (plan ahead). The atmosphere is fun, especially during big games and fight nights. It can be loud in the restaurant at any time of day (music or game audio), so dont go here if you want a quiet night out. Tablets are available to distract a stir crazy child, and TVs are posted all over the place. The beer selection is decent, but I wish theyd rotate the craft beers a little more. They seem to always have the local favorites though.

My experience was completely due to my server, Ashley. She is a trainer at the Apple Valley BWW and I think she should be training the entire company. She has been there for 12 years but still has the enthusiasm of a brand new person. She knows the menu inside and out, offers food and beverage options, and adds her personality to the service. She is exactly the kind of person you want serving you at a restaurant, at a retail store, at any kind of sales and service interaction you can think of. If I had the proper business opportunity for her I would steal her in a moment.

If you enjoy terrible service and unpleasant smells, then youll enjoy this Buffalo Wild Wings. Ive been to a few different BWWs but the one located in St. Cloud was shockingly terrible. Its disappointing and awkward being around so many employees that gossip and ignore you, the customer, all at once. Ive given this restaurant a few tries, hoping that it was not as horrible as it was the first few times but after going there with different friends every time (who all had the same complaints as I did when we left), I gave up. This place is not worth my money or time.

Ive been here three separate times, and every time was terrible. Theyve lost our order, brought the wrong food, over charged, the service is terrible, theyve forgotten my drinks and Ive had to ask for them a few times. Today they didnt give us back our change for the cash! Ridiculous! There has been bugs in a drink. And every time something happens the Manager will come apologize 10 times but doesnt offer you anything such as the meal free when they mess it up, which most places would do for you to keep your business. Im never going back!

Host was very rude, we were standing there waiting -we are a party of 7 (4 adults 3 kids), college age girls came in and he starts helping them....I question why we dont get helped first and he immediately tells me that Im being rude. I simply asked why he was helping someone who just walked in the door vs 2 famlies who were standing there waiting to be helped. Guess i should have let my wide try and check us i to get a table. Last time I ever step foot in that location, we went across the highway to Red Robin and had a great experience.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited for a table for 35 minutes while watching multiple other parties of the same size be seated before us that arrived after us. Once finally seated, we waited more than 30 minutes for our food to come. Two people ordered burgers and they had clearly been sitting under a light for a while as the cheese resembled plastic and the burgers were very overdone and tough. Overall a very disappointing experience for mediocre food.

We ordered online and scheduled to pick up an hour and fifteen minutes later. When we arrived at the scheduled time they said it would be just a couple of minutes after waiting for 23 minutes our food final come out. Upon opening our food we were extremely disappointed as all the food was cold and soggy. This is not the first time this has happened and we continue to go back hoping the food will be good and it never is. I will not be returning there again

Good place to hang. Only complaint is that BWW as a whole has gotten more expensive, while providing less value (smaller portions). The other problem Ive dealt with is that they make it difficult to order what you want. When I order tradintional wings, all flats (no drummies), Im often told that the cooks will "do their best". How frickin hard is it to seperate wings from drummies? If the cooks cant manage this how are they still employed?

My friends and I went to eat here and chose to eat outside on the patio. When our server came (felix) he took long breaks and rarely visited. We got out silverware 5 minutes after we got our food. My bill ended up being $3.52, I only had 5 wings. I put a $5 bill with the check and never received my money back so he just kept the change as tip, as he did with my friend without asking. Not impressed with the server at all but the food was good!
