Servers dont understand English! Ordered 20 piece with a large blue cheese that we had to pay 3+ $$ for which is ridiculous to begin with, and even though the server had the container in her had when we ordered, when we got our order it had a little 1 or 2 oz container of blue cheese, they said she charged us for the little one, so they made us purchase a large with no apology for their mistake and didnt even offer to take off the price of the little one! Really?? Never again! The food wasnt very good either, but then if they arent properly trained for customer service why would they be trained to do anything else?!!

The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the food is decent. Horrible service, you cant call in a to go order because they just put you on hold and forget about you. Cant use the app because they forget to look at the print outs and you end up waiting 30 mins longer when you get there to pick it up. Unorganized and people that work there hate their job and you can tell. After torturing myself a good 15 times Ive finally decided to stick with Buffalo Wild Wings.

Ordered a 3 tender combo to go at 6:39. Didnt receive my order until 7:09. Customers that ordered 10-15 minutes after me got their order long before I did. When I asked about my order nothing was said and the staff acted as if they could care less. There were also people that continuously walked back and forth behind the counter visiting. Its as if they cared more about visiting than getting my food out on time.

This is the worst wingstop I have ever been to. The last time they forgot 10 wings out of my order. This time we called ahead, they said it would be 9 minutes. 28 minutes later my order was ready. I would rather place my order with Buffalo Wildwings next time! If you live in Longview and you have to have Wingstop, I recommend you go to the other one by Gilmer Rd.

The food is not the same anymore I dont know what has happened But yall have really messed up the french fries is not good I got lemon pepper and barbecue the barbecue taste like it it was tossed in the same Bowl where the Louisiana rub was I used to love Wingstop I would not be going back anymore forget yall......

The customer service here has been fantastic the last two times Ive come here. The wait has been a little long, but the food is really good and I havent been in a rush when I come. The people working here look like they enjoy working here and Im blown away at how well they interact with the customers.

Other than when I walked in and the cook was stuffing his face behind the counter the girl working at the cashiers desk at 1245 on todays date is probably not the person you should have welcoming customers for your business, mid order I walked out because of her. Wont see me there again.

Ordered boneless wings and they were to hard to eat, the friendly cashier took my wings and brought me more. THE SECOND ORDER OF WINGS WERE HARDER THAN THE FIRST ORDER!

Great wings but make sure to check your order before leaving if your picking your order up because Ive gotten home 2 different times where they were wrong.
