0 stars it deserves. Service here sucks, well at least for us Mexican. Last night sat at the bar to drink & eat with a buddy. Everyone one around was getting attended very well, but my buddy & I was being ignored all night. Never offered a refill on our drinks. Never asked if we needed anything. Order was wrong & was told that the menu was there for a reason; would try to get Bartenders attention but was ignored. There was three people back there: which i believe was enough hand to take care of the bar. It wasnt a busy night it was slow. So you cant use the excuse it was busy. Felt direspected never had gotten this type of service. I dont recommend this place! Will not return at all!

Ate there last night 10/21/15. I had chicken salad with lemon pepper chicken and my husband had three different types of wings and a burger. Well we both have stomach issues. Ive been stuck on the toilet since 6 oclock this morning and still have stomach problems and its now 5pm . My husband woke up puking said he felt fine he just puked? Either our waiter was sick or the cook in the back is sick and ended up getting us sick or the food was contaminated. Will not be going back to this place for one youre allowed to smoke and were non-smokers for two Im not going to play roulette with my stomach.

Who puts a BWW in a strip mall? By far the worst experience Ive had at a BWW. It started with no parking in front or behind because the other businesses have there customers. Its a smaller location than others Ive been to so the wait for a table was longer. The smoking section is NOT separated from the main dining so you get to enjoy smelling like cigarettes after you leave. We were ignored most of the meal so I ended up sucking on ice cubes to quench my thirst. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location. I enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings but I will never return to this location.

So I wanted to try out this place for lunch but as soon as I walked in the hostess asked where i entered to sit i said the bar so i went in.. I saw there was plenty of tables so i went back and asked her if i could have a table. She seemed annoyed grabbed a menu , i followed her she just placed the menu on the table and walked away not a single word she said to me. Didnt even turn around to look at me so I sat there for about 3 minutes and decided to not eat there after all. Went next door to Freebirds. Service there is excellent nothing compared to Buffalo Wings.

Im hardly impressed when I go to Bufs. But this Bufallo Wild Wings sucked, the server sucked, we watched him take trash out and go outside and them come back in and talk with his different tables, grab food and serve them. He did not immediately go wash his hands. Our food was terribly cold. The drink however were okay, got you there. But the service was hardly worth the 10% tip I left. Server was William. Its too late for my to do the survey through their website as well, which makes no sense, my visit isnt negated because I didnt review within 48 hours.

Good food, reasonable prices, and if you dont like to smell of smoke, go somewhere thats non-smoking, its not rocket science. I personally thought they had a great air system and we sat in the bar. Its a chain so expect chain food, but I havent been disappointed, and left completely satisfied for around $8. Cant ask much more than that. My husband always gets wings, which he says are good. The quesadilla appetizer is generously sized enough for a main course, especially when you share a bowl of fries. No complaints here.

First off Katie served us and was professional and very kind. One daughter had grilled chicken sandwich and other daughter had boneless chicken wings and both seemed to enjoy their meals. Wife had Caesar salad with crispy chicken and she said it was really good. I had the naked chicken wings with lemon pepper dry rub. I really liked them. The interior was very clean but loud with the background music but wasnt loud enough to be bothersome. It wasnt a bad experience at all during this visit. Will return in the future.

Smoking is allowed in the bar area, so if youre like me and dislike/your lungs become irritated by cigarette smoke, stay in the "restaurant" area. Like all other BWWs Ive been to, the TV setup is very well done (though Id rather they replace the projectors with TVs), and the wings are good as well - not amazing, but the sauces are very tasty. Overall, BWW is a great place to watch some sports with your friends/family while eating some decent food.

I rated 1 star, but Id like to say that I really like the food and typically like the service. Its a different "animal" in the bar section, we really want service as were enjoying the sporting events, theres no need for a "Captain" to intersect my order and see how things are going. Keep making great wings and queso, as well, continue to be a great place for friends, new friends, and family to enjoy great sporting entertainment!

Good food and good selection of beer on tap. Wait staff can be hit or miss but the ones that have worked there for a while are usually great. Lots of TVs including 4 extra large projectors, that are all tuned to sports related channels. Sunday they play all the NFL games with Sunday ticket, if your teams game isnt being shown just ask for it and theyll put it up on a TV for you.

Great place for wings, drinks and sports watching. They have more TVs than you can count. Tuesday night is bone-in wing night. Thursday night is boneless wing night. If your over 21 or with someone thats over 21 you can skip the long wait that usually exist and go straight to the bar area and see yourself. Thats what all the locals and regulars do.

I came in last week for some salt and vinegar wings. When I got them there was no season on it at all so I took them back and the girl at the counter wanted to charge me for extra seasoning. I had to wait 30 minutes for the manager who just gave me the extra seasoning without having to pay for it. Terrible customer service.

I used to come here pretty regularly... I quit coming because of the service. The food is always good! I was there almost 1.5 hours tonight. I never heard one of the girls ask me how i was doing, beer good, something simple? A little interaction with the people at the bar might get a better tip!

The wings are great and the salt and vinegar fries are delicious but its outside of Houston city limits so smoking is allowed indoors. Theres nothing separating the smoking bar section from the non-smoking so the entire restaurant smells like smoke during their busy times.

Why do people smoke in here? My kids smelt like cigarettes when we got home. Food was okay place looked dirty and the beer was not cold. Well not come back to this BWW well return to the one on Fairmont smoking is not permitted there unlike Bay area blvd.
