The service is somewhat okay but occasionally, it isnt. I mean I understand they have their bad days but please cut to the chase. They really need to clean their floors a little better too. The past couple times I went in there, the floor was all sticky. Also, it seems like this location has smaller wings than the one in League City and they really dont give you as much fries either. Other than that, the food is good of course but if you want slightly bigger wings and more fries and possibly better service, then I would highly advise you to go to the one in League City. Thats the one I always go to now...

Ive eaten here for over 5 years on an almost weekly basis and Ive rarely had a bad meal. I cant remember a time they ever got my order wrong. 99% of the time I get my food to-go on my way home (convenient location right off of I-45 S). The employees are nice and some remember me by name (a rarity nowadays). The cleanliness is about what you would expect for a high-volume wing joint. Parking can get a little hectic during peak hours but otherwise, I have no complaints about this location. **Tip** If you think a flavor might be too hot or saucy, you can order it "lite" to get it lightly coated.

While waiting for my food I witnessed a table receive the wrong order go through the food bring it back and then they tried to serve it to the correct table without reorder without re-cooking it then when I called him out on it they proceeded to lie to the individual that was at the table saying that the food was never touched they received A very big attitude when I called them on their malpractice none of the cooks wear gloves and I will not be coming back beware if you eat here you may have food another tables already been touching sorry for missed grammar I did this withand auto voice

Approximately a 30 minute wait for an order. When I got my order back home I opened it up to see I was missing the extra wings I requested and paid for. I contacted the location and was told they do not do refunds but could give me an IOU. I asked to please just refund the cost for the extra wings and was told again they are not allowed to do refunds. I did the survey on the ticket and asked to be contacted so Im hoping someone can just refund me the $2.89 I was charged.

0 STAR! I just had the most horrible and ghetto experience at wing stop. I call to place my order in advance, the man answers and ask to place me on hold. Ofcourse I say yes because Im assuming its lunch time so they are probably busy. I was on hold for 5 mins and decide to hang up, my ride to the location was only 7 mins. I get there and there is no line and only like 4 people waiting for their orders

Dry and chewy wings in terrible sauces. Tried 3 flavors and they were all terrible. My garlic parmesan wings were literally just dried wings with parmesan sprinkled on them. Atomic and original buffalo had terrible taste. Didnt try the boneless but now I never will.

The wings are ok...not great, not bad...the sauce doesnt stick...its very watery. Buffalo Wild Wings is better to me. The people are nice but theres typically a long wait... usually 45 minutes. They also dont have very many flavors for a wing place...go figure

Showed up with a party of five for dine-in an hour before close, and we know everyone is probably tired, but you would never know it- some of the best customer service weve ever experienced! Definitely coming back when were in town!!

Was the most getto place I have been in years.. felt like I was at jail.. even smelt like jail.. I ordered online ..my pick up time was 45min different from when it was ready.. NEVER Go there if do bring your gun..

Love this place, food always great. People are awesome. Dont know what that other reviewer meant by 45 minute wait normally, they must be ordering right at dinner time, typically my food takes about 15~ minutes.

My wife and I are huge fans of good wings. We love the ranch here (we always get a pound of ranch). They currently make excellent wings and very good fries. The service is always good and fast.
