The absolute worst experience I have ever in my life had while dining out. Horrible service from the hostess to the waitress to the manager. A 0 from a scale of 0-10. Sat people that got here after us first because they were friends with an employee, 7 empty tables and they made us wait 10 minutes for no reason stating because our party of 4 1/2 would not fit at a table or booth for 6 people smh, did not provide us with a sling and when we finally got one 10 minutes later the manager came and took it away, margarita tasted watered down and tasted more like water than my water I ordered and really tasted more like a smoothie from jack in the box. Restaurant also had not been swept/vacuumed in quite some time. I highly recommend they bring some better people in that service the customer and not themselves becaise after all the customer makes the business.

The wings were good, the burger was very dry and bland. Felt like I could snap it in half. I was eating and I got a pieces of glass stuck in my hand from the table. We told the waitress, I was alright, just switched tables, didnt make a fuss, just wanted to let them know so they could clean the table. The manager comes 15 min later with a big defense of how there was no way that could have happened, We were the first to sit there, show me the glass, show me the cut, what color was the glass?! They were acting like I had my lawyer on the line and never asked me if I was alright. They gave me a song and dance how theyre going to investigate and make sure it never happens again but all they did was give the table a half ass two second wipe and sat the next people there.... I wont go back....

Went to this place and I believe I just dont care for their style of wings as they were too greasy, service is always slow and the asst manager was so rude to the kids outside that were doing a benefit. They told them they could not hand out flyers to customers as they were walking in. Seriously, does it really matter how the flyers get into the hands of the people to help a group out. Either customers will say sure give me flyer to help your group out. All the flyer would do is a certain percentage of the sales from a period of time would be donated to the cause. Seriously its a bunch of kids wanting to play ball.

Yuk! First off, the burger was the smallest and saddest burger ever. It was the size of a kids meal burger and did not taste good. The patty was cooked beyond well-done and was about 1/4 inch thick. Also, nearly every non-alcoholic drink on every table was served in disposable cups, thus generating an obscene amount of waste. It was way too loud inside to carry on a conversation. I have nothing nice to say about BWW anymore. You only get to eat so many meals in this lifetime and I will not be wasting anymore of them in this restaurant chain.

My favorite BWW location and believe me I have been to plenty of them all over the city. I always sit in the bar area with no problem. I always get treated with dignity and respect. I try to bring family and friends here when I get a chance. Yes, there are other wing places around but I get the total package that I appreciate at this place. Lunch, Dinner, Drinks, Ballgames, Specials, Courteous/ Fun & Professional Bar Area Employees. Thanks Again & See You Soon!

My daughter and I have gone to this location a few times and the environment is always relaxed and the customer service is always good but today I thought I lost my ID and then then it kinda looked all over the store for it and my ID was found unfortunately it was lost at a different store but she kinda stayed on the phone with me well she asked and looked around I think that that is awesome of her and I just want to say I really appreciate it.

we ordered take out, samplers, chips with salsa and fried pickles. They said it would be ready in 20 min. I got there was forced to wait another 10 min, I live 5 min away and by time I got home the wings and cheese sticks in the sampler was Soggy and cold, and my fried pickles were cold and soggy as well. this is not the first time this has happened to me at this BWW but it will be the last. not worth the 30 bucks. BEWARE

Save yourself the trouble and go to Webster. Its not as croweded and they actually care about their customers. This location is SEVERELY understaffed and overcrowded. None organized at all. By the time we got our wings they were cold. Just terrible. Go to the one on Bay Area. It will be worth the drive. Also at this location you cannot get wings the way you like them. You cant get all flats or all drums. Just horrible

We always come here almost every week. But after this not going to come here no more.. got a table and nobody would come and take our drinks after 15 min asked someone if they can our order said shes not a server and walked away.. that server told another server and just ignored us.. asked to speak to a manager but was to mad to wait.. just walked out.. sucks cause we like coming here but owell.

Your general BWW. We had a large group coming in for an after work event. We requested outdoor seating, but they sat us near the bar. It was super noisy and kind of hard to hear (which is why we asked for outside), but the wait staff were doing their best to take care of us. There was dirt, literal chunks of dirt underneath our tables and the restrooms were not the cleanest.

Disgusting food every time I come to this location. Food is not fresh and is always cold by the time it gets to me. I want to like this place but its very hard when waiters give an attitude, even when you are polite, if you have an issue with your food. Guess ill come for the alcohol only, if that, since only the bartender knows what theyre doing -_-

Make you wait for 20 minutes in line to pick up to go order. Give you room temperature wings when you reach the counter and the replacement is no hotter. For multimillion dollar business, learn how to manage the place. Call the order out as they are ready. See if the person is in the shop so they can take it home.

I ordered the meterainian salad. They forgot the Kalamata olives. I asked for them and they brought a tray of it out after I was served. I guess the chef forgot. They had nitro beer on their drink menu but when I asked they said they didnt serve nitro beer Super disappointing. The waitress was kind and prompt.

I really enjoy the laid back atmosphere here. Ever since high school I havent been carded for alcohol, which is awesome ! I love the fact that girls are a little flirty too. Coming across free drinks here is never a problem. I would definitely recommend a friend to come here and have a good time.
