This is the worst wingstop Ive even been to. I usually go to the one in Pasadena and the food is amazing. 8 tried this one out twice because my boyfriend lives near it and its horrible. The wings never have enough sauce on them and theyre never cooked enough, so they come out soggy and flavorless. On top of that, the customer service is just bad. The first time I went in, there was oil and bags/boxes strewn all over the floor where they were attempting to cook, I kid you not. I underrstand a spill but the employees were doing nothing to clean the mess. They were laughing and joking around as they stepped around the bags and boxes and attempted to not slip in oil. Thats just a safety hazard. Second time around, the girl at the register was basically attempting to get people not to order by telling them the wait would be a long time and are they sure they really want to eat here..thats crazy to me, turning away business. Luckily I ordered online but I still waited in line for 15 minutes. When I finally got to the front and told them my name, the girl went back to get my order. In the process, another employee ripped a bag while trying to bag someone elses order. The girl who was supposed to be getting my food began helping this other girl rebag the order. My food sat right there for 3 minutes as 2 people rebagged this order. At one point the employee even turned around and said "Im getting your order right now" but my food sat there for another minute as if it was so hard to grab my food, walk 3 feet and hand it to me before bagging an order for a customer who wasnt even in the store. Go to any other wingstop if you can. I can deal with bad customer service as long as the food is good, but its not so I would steer clear.

Im not sure why I came back here again after the last bad experience, but my hubby likes their wings and he had not had them in awhile. I ordered 15 Louisiana DRY Rub and a small drink. She says 9-14 minutes, which I know is not true but I sit to wait. After 25 minutes, the girl calls me to the counter and says the guy making wings is new and he doesnt understand the sauces so he put Serrano pepper GLAZE on the wings. But that they are going to give me large fries for having to wait. She asks if that is OK, I told her "yeah just get going and make the damn things". 10 minutes later I finally got wings. I see several things wrong with this: #1 why is he so poorly trained that he doesnt know what flavorings are what, #2 can he not read, #3 is he so stupid he doesnt know the difference between DRY rub and wet GLAZE, #4 why did I have to sit there for 25 minutes when the order should have taken 14, #4 your bland ass fries are not payment for the 40 minutes I was sitting there. The only reason they got 2 stars is because their wings are good.

When there today to pick up an order that my friend order in the morning and pay for it because we were throwing a surprise party for my friends wife, got there and ask the cashier for the order she told me she couldnt give it to me because I didnt have a receipt even when I gave her my friends name and other lady that works there told her she new my friend paid for them so I have to wait there until my friend call and talk to them really poor costumer service my wings got cold the wings too and we couldnt get there on time for the sorprise !

It isnt the staff that I have a problem with it is the stupid ass customers that are in here. One idiot is on her phone (with it on speakerphone) having a conversation with someone while arguing with the girl at the register about what she ordered on a online order. Then there is 2 more idiots sitting at a 6 person table just talking. And almost all of the other tables are open. Ridiculous all the rude ass people there are in the world now a days.

Forgot my ranches, ruined the whole experience for me and when I called the manager said they would replace the ranch next time, doesnt exactly help with this meal...better off taking an extra 10 mins and going to texas city location, poor management and poor staffing check your meal every time they will read the reciept to you and not even double check thanks for nothing

I ordered just 8 wings at 1:30pm and there were only 2 customers in the store before me. The person taking my order wasnt friendly and or helpful. I didnt get my order until 1:55pm and it didnt help that 3 workers were playing around while I waited! If you eat at any wings top order online 1st

06/09/2016, I ordered Cajun flavor 5 pc chicken strip combo and 8 pc BBQ flavored boneless wings combo, they both were extremely spicey hot and and extremely salty to the point of being uneatable Ive been to this location before with minor to no issues,but this past visit will be my last.

Probably the friendliest and Cleanest wingstop in this general area. Beer is Ice cold and food is always hot and ready when I arrive and I never walk in without a friendly "Hello and welcome to wingstop." 5 starts for keeping it such a clean and friendly environment!

Ordered here togo twice. The food is good and hot, but both times found out i was missing part of my order once i got home. Both times took 30-45min for the order to be ready. The missing items were replaced once i called and told them.

Food is good, but no matter the time or the day it always takes ridiculous amount of time to get your food. We were the 9nly one in line and it took over 30 minutes to get 16 wings and fries.

As far as fast food wings go, this place is the best. I do wish they had a couple of more sauce options. The cajun sauce is just terrible. Stay away from that one.
