Below par for sure. The food is generally edible but not what it should be. We went last night simply because we wanted to watch a game we couldnt watch at home. The cashier was polite but then our food took quite awhile. When our food was finished cooking (I watched the woman making it) she rushed so much to finish it just so she could get back to cleaning so she could leave quickly as it was 30 minutes or so until close. I. Fact everyone was rushing about so much that we felt kind of unwelcome. The cooks rushing resulted in wing soup (soooo much sauce) and fries that were drenched in salt. I literally spent more time dusting salt off then actually eating. One person was mopping all around us as we were trying to eat so all I could smell was cleaning products. Then when we finished eating he immediately swooped in to take our trash making us feel rushed to leave. Then less than 5 minutrs later he came and told us they were about to close which is fine. The issue was his word choice. I kid you not he told us "were close in 3 minutes. Were all finished in the back so were just waiting on you." I didnt even bother to express how annoyed we were since they obviously didnt care. We were actually about to head out anyway because believe it or not I was actually paying attention to our the time to make sure I wasnt over staying my welcome.

The wings themselves were pretty great. I am mainly disappointed that even after ordering online and the store having 2 cashiers I still had to wait almost 10 minutes standing in the store waiting to pick my food up while I could see it sitting on the counter. The cashiers were some of the slowest girls Ive ever seen. Not sure if theyve been there since 4 am, but it sure seemed like it by their expressions and energy level.

First, get your address on your website for kemah correct! You have the address listed as 212 FM 518. So, after driving around for 30 minutes and getting pissed off yalls response when you were informed was " oh yeah, weve gotten that complaint!". So, needless to say the food was ice cold!

The one time we went there, it was just me and a friend and then another table of 4 that came in after we did. It took the 35 minutes to make our order (2 8 piece combos). The one over in Deer Park can get it to you in 10-15 minutes. Guess Im just used to that...

Ive been there once where the food was made fresh and amazing and had other times Id received stale fries and/ or theyd forget my sauce thats pretty pricey. Id say your best option is to order inside or eat there.

I LOVE this wing stop! I have one near my house but I drive all the way to this one because of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Staff is always friendly and always gets my order right!
