I have never been into the place so I cant say how good the place is inside, but the food is good and the portions are big for takeout. The egg rolls are pretty good too. I think it could be a little cheaper compared to other Chinese places, but it is nice having this place close to home. Update 11/2013 - the window girl couldnt explain the fried rice they had and seemed to get frustrated and finally said "youre retarded". I dont know if that was directed at me or to herself, but in any case it was not appropriate. I give this place 1 star and will probably wait a while before going back until she is most likely fired with that attitude.

Bad portions!!! Just ordered Chicken teriyaki. The manager put some noodles which I cant find on the bottom of the bowl and please mention this, he have to cut two pieces of chicken breast. Instead he cut one and carefully put it on the top of the noodles to look big, but saw that Im watching, got another piece, cut piece out it and quickly put the lid. What the manager doesnt know is that I visit Panda Express very often. I know almost everything about this food chain including the founder’s story. Most of them are very good and clean. This one sucks. #Hit and miss!!!

I ordered 2 plates. 1 with steam rice teriyaki and orange chicken. The other plate teriyaki & sweet fire chicken. I also asked for teriyaki sauce on the side for the teriyaki chicken. When I got home I had no teriyaki sauce my chicken was dry and I received fried rice and not steamed rice. I work in retail however customer service is all around. Im so annoyed that now I have to eat fried rice with dry chicken, because I dont feel like wasting my gas to drive all the way back to the store when they messed up my order. Very disappointed with this location.

In my opinion, this restaurant suffers from poor management. Car orders seem to take precedence over dinners. They constantly run out of main menu items, like Kon Pow Chicken... "Sorry, that will be 5 minutes". Last, time I ate there, two days ago, I found an eye-lash and a hair in the food. (Are we gagging yet?) There prices are high but I generally like the food. (I must be a glutton for punishment.)

I waited on the drive through for at least 25 minutes after ordering the food, with only 2 cars in front of me, it didnt moved and I had to go find something else, I felt completed disrespected with this terrible service. If you have a problem going on a staff should go outside and let people now about it, or if you not able to serve quick food, then dont make a drive through.

Is this the best Chinese food? Nope. Is it good Americanized Chinese food? Maybe. Say what you want to say about Panda Express. Its fast, cheap, and normally hits the spot. You know what to expect when you walk through the door. Lots of orange chicken. I normally get orange chicken and chow mein. Plain and simple. I am full as a tick after my meal.

Very rude costumer service, manager is not even helpful or willing to help to fix the problem, they rushed your orders and didnt take time to say hi, smile, or any other possible nice things to say. When asked questions about the food , the person seemed to have no knowledge about the meal and didnt ask how can it be fixed .

Blown away from the rude and false service at the window ! As a local business owner myself Id be livid with employees of that caliber. So...... My family and I are eating half cooked white rice when we ordered fried, and got out large sodas with no ice to wash it down. SUCKED !!!!!!!!

Food was good. Rarely a problem with that. However when we got home, half of my sons order was missing. We had to wait for the fresh teriyaki chicken and it was missed for his order. My own fault for not keeping track but takeout at the counter should always be checked. #125158

The food was delicious, it exceeded my expectations. You can only take so many burgers and Mexican... This is a nice addition to Kyle. Plus, I like that they have a drive thru and the workers were friendly.

Small entrée portions and the rice doesnt clump up at all (seems like it was previously frozen), making it a little hard to eat. Food tastes decent, but I doubt Ill go back to another Panda Express.

Clean. Really friendly staff. The food (inspired by Asian cuisine but not authentic) has been fantastic each time ive been. It is a nice a alternative to the other fast food choices in the area.
