Went there last night. My husband says that whenever I rock when Im eating, he knows the food pleases me. Well, I rocked the food at the Panda! The egg rolls were home-made, big and crispy; and super-filled and yummy. Their lemon sauce could do with a little more sweetness and heat but other wise, delicious! The lemon chicken, bbq pork ribs, ham-laced egg drop soup, and the special friend rice filled with shrimp, pork, and veggies was the best Ive tasted in a loong while! We were given a lot of food so took a lot home -- even tasted great today at lunch. My only complaint is that I would like a little more spicy meat in those giant egg rolls and some added heat to the ribs, or at least some spicy soy sauce & spicy bbq sauce on the table. The 2 male waiters were super friendly and attentive and deserved a great tip. Thanks guys!. Thanks Panda -- you did not disappoint! Will be back soon!

Ive been going here for many years and the food is absolutely wonderful! My entire family loves it when I order an assortment of things and we make our own buffet style dinner at home on the kitchen island. Top favorites are definitely the pork fried rice (amazing stuff!!), egg drop soup (good thickness), kang pao beef/chick/etc.., sesame chicken (not too sweet), veggie egg foo young (has thick gravy), lo mein (packed w/ veggies), and if youre in the mood for something very mild you can always have the house soup (a mix of all the veggies and meats w/ noodles). My son doesnt care for chinese food, so Im grateful I can order him fried fish (or shrimp) with french fries (plus there is a great burger joint next door I can pick up a burger from in case he doesnt want that).

I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, horrible, barely any chicken and the pieces that were there were very fatty. Lo Mein was very bland and the noodles were mushy. Lemon Chicken was dry and it looked like it came from the bottom of the container, some pieces were also discolored. Egg Roll was super oily and soggy. Fried rice was ok, but not up to par on other places I have eaten. Crab Rangoon, bad, the tips were over cooked and the cream cheese was runny. So, $30 later I ended up throwing it all away to avoid getting sick. I did not call to complain because when I called to place the order the girl was rude and not friendly at all, so I figured whats the point. NEVER Eating here again....probably some of the worst Chinese I have eaten, mall Chinese is better...

My fiance and I have been looking for a new chinese spot to eat at besides panda express. Today was his b day and I decided to Google some spots and this was the first search. I read the reviews and saw where it was located and immediately shocked! We have been staying on the Northeast side for the past 8 yrs and have never been to this place! I must say, this is by far the BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT IN SAN ANTONIO! !!! We are def going to be regulars. The food is super awesome, filling and plenty. We ate there for lunch and I couldnt finish and ended up eating it for dinner too. The prices are so reasonable and the customer service is SUPERB! I highly recommend this place if u want some REAL Chinese food.

Yummy Food!!! I Recommend Eating Here For Authentic Chinese Food! Family Owned Resturants Are The Best.(5/2016) (6/2016)Update* We Came Back Here Twice Since The Last Review I Left. Unfortunately It Doesnt Matter How You Treat Someone Anymore. We Were Ignored. The Food Came Out Cold, When I Finally Tracked Down The Girl. She Huffed And Puffed About It. I Lost My Appetite, And We Took Some To Go. Worst Experience Ever! I Realize I Left A NICE REVIEW above, However It Will Be A Cold Day In Hell Before Me Or My Family Sets Food In Here. Customer Service Isnt That Hard, Perhaps They Might Be A Little Racist. (Just Saying)

Some of the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. Referred many friends there and never regretted it as everyone would always come back raving about it. Their noodles (Lo mein) has got to be the best I have ever had. I was there for six weeks for work and I ate there often. I was a little disappointed in the hours and the facilities are a bit lacking. Everyone always doubted me upon seeing the building but as soon as they tried the food they were believers. I discovered the place driving by and smelled something delicious and realized it was coming from there. If you like Chinese food you will not be disappointed.

Went here two yrs ago and the food was amazing. Good quality and huge portions. Had my mom pick up some for dinner last night and we were HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The orange chicken was so chewy I couldnt swallow it without gagging. The fried rice was bland. Like no taste at all. The highlight of the meal was the egg rolls. They were delicious that was until I woke up at 4 this morning vomiting with diarrhea. Yeah I got food poisoning and my mom as well. Idk if it was the little bit of orange chicken we ate or the egg rolls or both, but were sick now and thats all I ate yesterday. Wont be coming back here ever.

The food here was incredible. Seriously, the most flavorful Chinese food we have ever had. My husband and I each got a combo plate and because my husband was nervous the combo plate would be small he ordered Lo Mein. We should have only ordered one combo and shared it. There was so much food! It was cheap to boot. The woman who served us was the owner and she was the nicest lady ever. We are sorry we did not try this place sooner. I wish we were going to be stationed at Fort Sam longer. Go eat here. You will not be sorry.

We came on a Tuesday....the food portions are huge and a great price. We got House Loo Mein and Special Combination Kang Pao...the food was excellent and eventhough they were understaffed lady was friendly and we didnt wait too long...hubby and I are adventurous diners love going to home cooked Dives. But warning this is not a ambient eatery, the decor is unorganized and the outside of the building is ummm drab ........but if your looking to eat different, I promise the food will not disappoint and big portions.

I called at 9:15PM for an order pick up. The rude lady who answered said they close at 9PM. Why did she answer then? By the way, your listed hours are until 10PM both on Google and on your website. Business must be great for them to be able to turn down customers 45 minutes before closing time. She said theyre only open until 10PM on Fridays and Saturdays. If thats the case, update your hours. I had planned my errands around your listed closing time. Now, a large corporate chain restaurant will get my money.
