The Oilve Garden is always the same, which is great because when you travel you can at least know what to expect. BUT, this restaurant is pack full of college students as servers and many of them know little to nothing about the wines the company sells. Some are not even worth much at all but they will charge you as much as it costs to buy a bottle at the local liquor store. Just last week. my family and I went on a Wednesday the place was simi-packed. We enjoyed our food and everyone, when we got home was sick. I assume the food was the culprit. But, none-the-less, we enjoy Olive Garden. You always get what you pay for: food and plenty of it. Salad and bread sticks for miles if you can stomach it. If you are passing though Pueblo, stop here steer clear of the sea food; there isnt an ocean for miles.

FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE. Feeling frustrated. Food was great service was okay in the beginning. Was in a bit of a hurry so we ordered dessert from the table and paid thru the table. I left a good review and a 22% tip. Then everything went down hill waited forever for the last few things we were supposed to get and they brought out dessert as a togo witch would have been fine except it was ice cream and we live an hour away and we did not ask for it as a to go so I asked for a refund witch they could not do because I already paid thru the table. So they gave me a gift card to make up for it and that was nice but Im frustrated because they didnt understand what was wrong. I feel like we were rushed out by the server. And I didnt want to drive an hour home with melting ice cream!

My wife and I went to get lunch here. We were seated then forgotten about. Bad customer service. We waited awhile while seeing others who came in after us getting greeted and brought there appetizers. After we saw another table seated five minutes after we were seated right next to us being greeted and served we left. If you want good customer service and timely service I wouldnt recommend this place. They either forgot about us or because we look like a younger couple they just assumed we didnt need the same attention as everyone else. Either way very bad experience.

We came in before 8 p.m and was seated right away but it took ten minutes before someone realized that we have not been attended to. The restaurant was not busy. I only saw about 5 tables with people. A server who had no idea who was supposed to be serving us decided to attend to us. I think she noticed that I was getting ready to walk out of there. She was very helpful, and if it was not for her, I would have given this place two stars. The food was fine, just cant get over the fact that they seemed to have forgotten that we were there.

I helped open this olive garden. it was okay at first but as soon as laura howell took over, it took a nose dive. shes quick to judge people even though she herself is a recovering alcoholic. the thing that bothered me most about her is that she is willing to cut corners and switch expiration dates to save money. we used to cook (or should i say microwave) all our food frozen because she is so afraid of waste!!! just be warned if u get sick easy from food borne illness.

We have been here during the week one time before and it was great service. Went today they quoted us 15, 20 min wait with 4 adults and 2 kids. 20 min. went buy I checked on it. Hostess could not tell me how much longer, all the people before us were seated. I asked how much longer and she said it could be another 30min. She was not nice at all!! I have worked in the restaurant business for a long time I kindly left the pager and went to red lobster.

I love this restaurant! The owner gives personal attention to diners. The wait staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The food was delicious! I felt a bit disappointed that my $55 scallop dish only had 3 scallops! My husbands dish dish, fruit de mer, was loaded with a variety of seafood. You will love your experience there, just dont order the scallops.

Went here today and the service was really good. Everything was fine with some small complaints here and there. I had the tour of Italy and the noodles in the middle just seemed a little hard to me and didnt have that great of a taste. Also my water tasted funny so I asked for another glass and the waitress came back with another one in no time at all.

Horrible food - if this were my first time eating at an olive garden Id never go back. Calimari was cooked to crisp, chicken parm was solid as a rock, the food looked and tasted reheated. Had we gone to the grocery store and bought frozen dinners, the quality would have been about the same, but we would saved $100 bucks and the upset tummies.

I recently purchased the never ending Pasta Pass. I knew I would enjoy the food what I did not know was how much I would like the staff. I ate here almost every day for 7 weeks and it didnt matter if Dru, Erik, Mark, Audrey, Ashley, Jenny, Stina, or any of the other staff was serving me that day the service was excellent and friendly.

If you go ask for Kayci she was absolutely freaking amazing, we went on Friday night so the place was sooo packed she was great never made us wait for anything super attentive without being annoying and shes really funny , go for kayci lol food was decent she served it hot and fast just how I like it

The Shamrock is an awesome go-to place. The only difficulty I ever have is the parking. Its well worth the extra effort tho. The food is always good and they have great lunch specials. The 2 fer $10 burger and the All-you-can-eat fish are my lunch favs. They have a good selection of in-house beers.

Went here for lunch, the food and decor of the place was amazing. If you like Irish style places and food this place will not disappoint you. I had the fish and chips which were great. The only complaint I would have isnt a big deal but the service wasnt the best, not bad, but not great either.

An amazing place, I go all the time with my friends and family and enjoy it every time. This last time my friend and I went and we had a great waitress, who after learning we live an hour away, gave us many chocolates as well as drinks for the road home. Absolutely love this place!!

Dont see what the fuss is over this place. Heard so much about their salad and breadsticks. The salad was ok, a bit heavy on the dressing and the breadsticks were nothing to write home about. Truly nothing stood out as incredible. A typical chain Italian restaurant in my opinion.

We have consistent good experiences here, the waiters are friendly and prompt, and the food is always hot and fresh. Its always a pleasure to visit, but the ziosks are kind of a pain. While they allow you to pay via nfc, they can be very obtrusive during your meal.
