Went to Pizza Ranch for the first time, and ordered the buffet. I walked in with high hopes and an open mind, only to leave rather disappointed. I gave two stars, only because the staff was friendly. Immediately when I walked in the door I was overwhelmed by the family atmosphere. It was like I walked into a real life version of a paper towel commercial with children running around everywhere creating messes and disaster. I figured I could have overlooked that, however unless you have the food pallet of a five year old the buffet choice was dismal and frankly disgusting. The pizza buffet is set up in liberal democratic form where they put out whatever type of pizza is requested by other customers, no matter how rediculous or bizzare. You are then forced to eat that pizza, as if you are locked at the feet of Pizza Hitler. Hoping for a slice of pepperoni?... expect a slice of cheeseburger and bbq chicken covered in ranch dressing and unicorn dust. Bottom line, if you appreciate a slice of good classic pizza go somewhere else. If your looking for a selection of pizza designed by Tim Burton when he was a child, this is your destination.

Great food. Many varieties of pizza, a salad bar, and food fried chicken. If you have a specific type of pizza in mind, you can order it when you arrive. When its cooked, they bring it to your table and you take the number of slices that you want. The rest then goes on the buffet. Ive tried a couple of new and interesting pizzas by testing customer requests that were on the buffet. They have ice cream, but just vanilla with no toppings. However, this ice cream doesnt need any. I dont know which company they use, or if they make it in house, but its hands down the best vanilla ice cream Ive ever had. It was the same at both the pueblo restaurant and the Omaha restaurant, so its consistent. Great place. Ill definitely be going more.

We go there whenever we can. My wife and I take new people there all the time.. My grandkids really love it. The food is excellent and the service has always been very good. It is always clean. A big test of a buffet for us is what is it like during non peak hours. We cant always eat at normal times. Pizza Ranch does a great job of keeping their buffet fresh and full all day! We recommend it to anybody that is in that part of town to try it. When we are in that part of town (we live in Pueblo West) we dont even have to talk about where to go we just drive to Pizza Ranch!! We are huge fans! P.s. being able order a special pizza to go on the buffet is really an awesome option.

This place is awesome! Very good. I luv the cranberry almond salad ! Never had it before here, I come just for that! Great food. Coca Cola products ! And the drink is included in your price for the buffet! They have a loyalty card system too for customers! Mashed potatoes are amazing! And the ice cream is better then most places! You can tell its real ice cream by the taste ! They also have coffee to go cops complimentary with your buffet visit! Omg! The hazelnut coffee was so good! Keep up the good work staff. Our waitress was Gail and she was the sweetest and most attentive waitress at a buffet! She really made our last visit pleasant! I luv the Mac and cheese pizza!

Excellent service, food and smiles everywhere! The environment is county western and cozy. We had a huge group and they accommodated us quickly! Every buffet I rate by the chocolate pudding. If its good, then I know everything else will be perfect. To my surprise, this pudding was perfect!!! Special pizza requests are available. Dont forget to put ice cream on top of your desert pizza! I dont know how I had room, but I had a plate of delicious chicken and mouth watering mashed potatoes! I love this place!! I give this a rating of:

This place is gross and overrated. Buffet style, sit down, pick up, or delivery. They offer fried chicken, potato wedges, dessert buffet, & salad bar too but the quality of this pizza is the same as a totinos imo. They have two distinct gimmicks... one being that they create pizzas with unconventional toppings, like a BLT pizza or cheeseburger pizza. Two being that you can order a pizza of your own design straight to your table. These would be cool ideas if the pizza itself wasnt so gross. But i guess the quality is right in the name.

The pizza is amazing and the chicken is even better! More importantly, I love a business that proclaims the name of Jesus! What a better way to witness to others than through good food. I own a business here in Pueblo as well, Flood Damage Restoration LLC. Everything that we do proclaims the name of Jesus! My company is not my own, just like my life is not my own, I was bought with a price! Everything that I am Belongs to the Lord! This place is way overpriced and the service is terrible. Its common knowledge that most little kids love cheese pizza and nothing else. What really irked me was the fact that I had to ask 3 times for them to prepare a single cheese pizza because none were available in the buffet. I asked the manager why they had no cheese pizza available for the kids and he just looked at me with no explanation. Youd have better luck finding a cheese pizza anywhere but the Pizza Ranch! EPIC FAIL!!!

First time here. Excellent food - the pizza choices are nice and varied and their fried chicken is fantastic. The restaurant is open and clean and cared for, their staff are courteous and timely, and they offer to make you a custom pizza on demand for no extra charge to your buffet cost. The price is very reasonable - I went at lunch and their lunch buffet was $9.99 which included the drink. For the price this place gives you a lot of value and Ill definitely be coming back here.

Pizza was terrible. Chicken was good. Good enough to order some for take out. I was told 26 minutes. I tried to pick up the chicken and had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Then the "take out supervisor" finally brought it out and told me it was my fault it took longer because I went to the wrong door to pick it up. Even though I was eating in his dining room. My fault? Take ownership of your errors...dont blame me for your "confusion". First time eating here...wont go back.

Wife and I visited this location recently. Came in just before the lunch crowd started picking up. We were very happy with the service and options. The bar was restocked consistently and food was very hot. You can also request a specific type of pizza and they will bring you the first slices of your request afterwards the rest goes onto the bar for other patrons. Our only unsatisfied moment was the dessert pizzas where brought out kinda slow (or consumed very quickly)

Had a Pizza delivered, The bottom crust was soggy, After eating a slice I put it in my own oven to cook it some more ,I waited a couple of weeks before i ordered a pizza from them just to make sure they got all the kinks worked out, but think they need to do some more work on the pizza.I might give them one more try down the road if i find out they made improvements on their pizza,But for now I will continue with the place i normally go.
