Probably the worst burger king location in the country. Even in off-hours their staff is so lazy that every other order is told to wait in the parking lot because theyre gonna take 5-10 minutes with even a single hamburger. The menu lights arent even turned on after the sun sets because they cant be bothered to let people read the menu at all. The cashier is worthless and mixes up peoples orders, asks for the wrong money and gives them the wrong items. Half of the menu items they dont even bother stocking (wont bother running ice-cream machine, some days Ive gone and it said fried-items-only no hamburgers on a piece of paper... at Burger King so bad they cant even make burgers?!) Im surprised corporate hasnt revoked their license yet because of how bad this franchise location has been for the last full year.

The cashier choose to continue her conversation with the guy working there instead of attending to customers..apparently their PERSONAL conversation COULD NOT WAIT UNTILL AFTER WORK BECAUSE IT was of more importance!! And when i refuse to stand there idle and choose to interrupt them she looks at me like...do you not see me speaking here...uhhh uhhh...then cause shes so upset says the machine lsnt working..so i cant take your order!!! I leave another guy goes up and it miraculously starts working !! If you dont want to work GOOOO HOME !!! Stupid idiot!

Its 11:30 am and the store is not open again. Theyre closed usually 3 days a week. Its weird they have employees on location to tell you theyre not open, but they cant cook any food. Employees are very rude . There is one manger who is nice but other than her the entire BK experience has been ruined for me.

This place was so bad I felt sorry for it. For a fast food burgers and fries place, they ran out of fries. No other sandwiches that day that I went except for the whoppers. One employee working the whole thing. The mall need to kick this place out because its an embarrassment.

They have a digital sign for a 2 for $6 Whopper deal, however, the promo hasnt started. No tea, no credit cards, no kids meal toy. They did at least offer us something for the toy. I wont be going back though, we were the only people in the food court with Burger King.

I get there they claim they are closed, all the employees are in the back sitting down looked on site they were still open, the employees are lazy. At least the food on the rare occasion I actually get service is normally good

This particular location is routinely slow, even when its not busy. The staff seems to lack experience and training. The food at least holds up to Burger King standard albeit just barely

This place seems to run with the minimal staff possible. Service is never very good and they always seem to be out of whatever I want. Food tastes like its been sitting around. Blech.
