Burger box has always had decent burgers and shakes so that is what I want when I go there. It is wrong not to give a customer their money back when you mess up on an order or to give an unacceptable excuse. Needless to say I will not be back over a mistake you were not even willing to fix. Mistakes with orders happen but dont tell a customer you are unwilling to compensate them for an order that was not theirs. At least they got the shake right and its a good thing I didnt eat the shrimp as Im allergic!!!!! Know the difference between a #2 Box Combo and a shrimp basket. That is all.

Corncerned about possible discrimination in the hiring process. Company does not have a real job application, instead they have a small screening form that you complete asking your age, marital status, and if rather you have children or not. When I confronted the manager about some of the questions that are clearly prohibited, he stuttered a bunch of nonsense and was unable to explain why those are the three things they needed to know about someone before even considering a real job application or interview......

Sorry there was no option to minus the stars. when i first started coming to burger box it was great but now the cook. He cook the burgers buns and later on reheat them when they are ordered and that makes the Buns very tough DONT cut Corners give people the good quality that they are paying for freshness. And dont cook the meat ahead and then reheat. STOP It!

Good place for fast food with larger portions. I always get the largest, old-fashioned style fries. Staff almost always pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms clean and very small. Some days the dining area overwhelmed with heavy chemical cleaner fumes, thus putting you eating outside or in your vehicle.

Absolutely great consistent burgers, always hot and fresh and exactly how I order it and with a generous portion of fries. Also they have great service, the cashiers are always very very nice and accommodating. Whether you go early or late in the day the people are always very friendly.

This is our go to place when we want to hit a drive thru for dinner. Staff is friendly. Food is always hot and fresh. Havent ever had a bad experience here. Orders are always right and delicious. Love their hot wings and chicken basket. Burgers are great too!

Have been coming here for almost 2yrs now. The food is awesome a Sweat tea is the best Ive had in years. Price is great, and the warm smile from the cooks who own the place is awesome the whole family enjoys the total package.
