Flame broiled right in front of your eyes! I have eaten almost everything on their menu and I have never been disappointed! From the Texas BBQ Burger, Bacon Cheese Burger, Patty Melt, Blue Cheese Burger, Jalapeño Burger, all the way to the Teriaki Chicken Dinner...you just cant make a bad choice on this menu! However, just to be clear, the Guacamole Burger is my favorite! If you want something diffrent, order the Philly Steak Sandwhich...loaded with tons of steak and melted cheese...simply delicious! Oh yeah, they also have the BEST Wings: crispy, tender and way saucey! Their Buffalo Sauce is fantastic - tangy and spicey with just enough heat to enjoy the favor! You better bring your appetite because the burgers and dinners are huge. BONUSES: 1) They serve up unlimited soft drinks and serveral kinds of tea. 2) They have TVs in all directions, and they always have one dedicated to the kids with movies like...Finding Dory. 3) Big Kids Meals with great prices for the young ones! Bring the WHOLE family...something delicious for everyone!

Good and fast service, good burger, good fries, clean place, boring to worthless chili. I have only eaten at an OC Burger once before and remembered it as a good experience. I had the bacon cheeseburger and chili-cheese fries. The burger was quite good. I appreciated the fresh vegetables, crispy bacon and toasted bun. I wish I had gotten pickles, and maybe I could have if Id known to ask. I didnt care for the thousand island dressing on the burger, but to each their own, next time I will ask to keep it off and add mustard myself. The chili cheese fries were not horrible but if blindfolded I would have said it was Sonic chili. I almost threw them away before dousing them with some Cholula, which helped significantly, if not enough to keep me from regretting ordering them. I was expecting a smashed thin patty on the burger, and was thus surprised by the thick ones I received. (Bonus points for an actual grill rather than flattop griddle.) One patty will be enough for my next visit, but I did happily manage both this time.

I came here for the first time and ordered a burger. I was not expecting to be given a burger cooked rare and although I eat a steak or two a month cooked rare, I dont like to eat rare cooked ground beef because of well documented safety hazards with the FDA. I showed the cashier who also was the person who cooked my burger and explained the problem. When I asked for a new burger, he responded with "no" and turned back to the grill. Thinking it was a misunderstanding, I tried to elaborate, but the employee completely ignored me although I was standing 3 feet away and talking loud enough for probably anyone in the place to hear. Defeated, I through my un-eaten rare burger in the trash and left. Ive contacted the Tarrant county health department about being served rare ground beef without the option of a more cooked product and they are investigating. I hope my experience is a fluke!

I dont believe this burger joint deserves a single star. First time I had their food I had food poisoning, thinking it was just a fluke, I ventured to this store again about two weeks ago. During this visit, the manager was yelling at the waitresses in front of the customers depicting a very unprofessional manner. He was even throwing food at them in the kitchen. You would think someone would have called the police for assault. I also received a very upset stomach a few hours afterwards resulting in multiple bathroom visits and requiring to purchase Gaviscon from CVS (pharmacist recommended). I do not recommend this place as the management is uncontrollable and unprofessional; additionally, the food is not quality food.

I ate at OC burger twice thus far and I feel that my first meal there was the best. I ordered the "Denver omelet." There must have been a mix up in the order because I am pretty sure that Denver omelets have more veggies than what I had. What ever omelet ended up on my plate tasted great. I havent had that great a tasting hash brown ever. The portions were very good. If you ever said that portions here were average, you should really watch your body weight. That was easily breakfast and lunch for me. This is a great restaurant and I would recommend this place to my friends. Also there was a nice donut shop like 100 ft across the parking lot that doesnt show up on Google maps. It was a nice place to get dessert.

People are short of a brain. Asked for a French toast plate with sausage and a biscuit on the side. Instead I get French toast with biscuit and gravy and charged for a sausage. Updated: as of 2/3/16 I ordered a Ribeye steak (yes I know its a burger place but worth a shot to see) firstly it wasnt a Ribeye but a 1/8 inch thin fajita steak that was definitely cooked well done when asked for medium but then again how do you cook a 1/8 inch this pice of steak to medium? Not an easy task. For the $11 "Ribeye" it wasnt worth $5 so steer clear of this dinner choice. Stick with their burgers you wont be disappointed with those.

The burgers are good but the fries were under cooked and soggy. The Philly Cheese steak is nothing we would order again. Fries just needed to stay in the fryer a bit longer and they would be great. The worst part of this place was the old lady at the cash register the was coughing into her hand and handling money and then proceeded to hand us drink cups while holding them by the rim with her fingers inside the cup. Just plain disgusting. We left our cups on the counter and reached over to get our own and she looked confused. She needs a serious hygiene lesson.

Restaurant is outdated and clearly in need for help on everything across the board. The food is fairly expensive for what you get. The dining room is in need of a thorough cleaning. Fries are terrible (portions size and flavor/looks), and OC sauce is watery. I drive past this place all the time and see some of their advertising stuff every now and then, and I had wondered in the past why there are hardly ever any cars in the lot at such a busy intersection...now I know why. I wont be back to eat here ever.

I read the bad reviews and decided I needed to see for myself. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the childrens area playing cartoons to keep there wee guest happy. My burger was amazing and by far my favorite fries yet. The place was clean. The staff friendly and helpful. Didnt care too much for the sink in the restroom, but the restroom itself wonderfully clean for a Friday night. We will go back and recommend to our friends.
