Pro: These are the best burgers in town and for a long way around. Usually fast too. The place is always clean. I love the menu options. The tea is great. Cons: I agree with other reviews on the tip request at the payment counter. That new addition is pretty tacky. The fries, in my opinion, are not good. The Cedar Hill location has them perfected but this Arlington shop does not. They are usually too soft (although they will make them crispy on request) and not as flavorful.

Youll never know the look of disappointment that crossed his face when the person taking our order said that they didnt have chicken fried steak anymore. I had already placed my order so we got a couple of burgers. Not the same. They could have been the best burgers in the world, but we were going thru the motions in a haze, mourning the loss of our dear friend the Chicken Fried Steak. Smooth move Chapps........

Burgers are always awesome and I love the cream cheese pecan pie! Agree with other users on the whole tipping thing. If youre going to come out and keep my tea glass filled, then I will leave you a nice tip. Just bringing my food to my table does not deserve a tip. They do more than that at Whataburger!

Their burgers are always good and the Cajun fries are my favorite! I always order while Im at work because its literally 2 minutes down the street BUT the past THREE times, theyve messed up my order.. I went back and had asked them to fix it.. STILL GOT REGULAR FRIES! Im highly irritated right now.

It took a little while for the food, but it was well worth the wait! The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries werent greasy or too potatoe-y (if that makes sense). All of this for the same price of whataburger. Do yourself a favor and give this place a chance!

The restaurant was almost empty but for some reason it took them 30 min to make 2 burgers and fries and they got my order wrong, forgetting my grilled onions. My hamburger was cold and the fries were soggy. Never going back. This place really Chapps my ass!

Love Chapps food.. BUT Management: Do not have a tip promt screen at checkout for counter service only dining. Should we tip at other checkout facilities? Cleaners, McDonalds, Walmart? Silliness, pay your staff!!

Ive tried a couple things on the menu, freakin delish! I believe its made to order so they do take a while to make it, which I dont mind. so worth it. Love the philly cheese steak! Add mushrooms even better

Great burger. Blue cheese & bacon, and an entire array of veggies or condiments if you want them. Plus freshly made onion rings. Given the opportunity, Ill definitely return.

Had the mushroom Swiss burger and fries. The bun was nicely toasted combine that with the grilled onion and the burger was excellent. Will definitely go back.
