Growing up in California where the In n Outs are grand and plenty. When I heard In n Outs were coming to Texas, I nothing short of leapt for joy. I became quickly disappointed, however, with the quality. The service is always great, fast, and quick, but from most of the In-n-Outs I went to, the food quality was simply okay. This In n out blew me away. The speed, customer service, and cleanliness are excellent, sure. But the quality is fantastic. I come here regularly after work, and when it comes to get togethers, I always fight for this place as opposed to anywhere else. My order recommendation. -Double Double, animal style, with extra lettuce and tomato, with raw onion as well as grilled onion, extra toasted bun. Fries well done(note- you will have to wait longer). Water. I finish my fantastic meal for $5.68, and walk out with a $2.32 Chocolate shake. This place is the bomb.

Soooo disappointed in this In N Out.I called the 800 number for directions and went out of my way to have lunch there. Fries were totally cold and my double double was barely warm. Our took so long in the drive through I would have left but there was a car behindealers me. Im from Oklahoma where we have no In N Puts and I make a big effort to always find one when I can. This was a total bummer. =(

Delicious every time! Thats what I love about In-N-Out burger. No matter what location you go to the food is always good, the employees are friendly and professional (go In-N-Out for higher pay, it shows!) and best of all its super affordable! I have paid the same or more at other fast food joints and receive poor quality food. Never at In-N-Out burger! One of my favorite burger places for sure.

At 1 AM on my way back to OCK and this place was like an oasis in a desert of terrible fast food options for this weary traveler. The woman who took my order and subsequently greeted me at the window was honestly one of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered at a restaurant. The food was great, but their people really made the difference here.

I was visiting Texas from California an totally having In n Out withdrawals. So I was driving by and saw this in n out and had to stop for a burger. It was busy but moved very fast, and in my experience, the busier the In N Out the better it is! The burger came out with that perfect amazing In n Out taste, everything fresh ! :)

Service was outstanding! Protein burger was fantastic! Power went out while we were dining due to transformer blowing in the area and the manager let me know that they would walk us out to the car due to it being dark outside. Really pleasant, courteous and professional! Well be back

Worse burger place on the planet. First off, NEVER use the drive through, your food wont be wrapped up and stays exposed to the air. About their food: I just dont get it... Fries are made out of paper or something. Burgers are no flavor at all. Just not a good burger place.

How do you get half the bun to be dry like it sat out for days and the other half so sopping wet that its almost as if it was dipped in water? Poor quality. Way over cooked meat. Under cooked fries. Im sorry, but Id rather have McDonalds over this. Why do people like this place?

Ive been to in and on the west coast (Cali, Arizona) and loved it! But this is by far the worst in and out Ive been to! I even gave it 3 chances... The buns ate usually too hard .. no flavor! And the fries are plain as they can get! I do not recommend this in and out

Always heard how great these burgers were. People would say its better than whataburger. Hell no only thing better is the prices and how quick you get your food. These burgers are on par with Mc Donalds . fries are trash, animal style isnt nothing special.

A restaurant of any kind has to be just a step above "Outstanding before I give 5 stars. Every In & Out Burger is outstanding, but thats as far as they go for me. Food & service are always great & help, when needed, is almost always immediately available.

Very pleasant helpful people behind the counter good burgers and fries and lots of soda and a lemon up. For people that dont know its half seven up and half pink lemonade. Dont forget to customize your order by animal style or protein Burger your choice.

I really dont see what the hype is about. The menu is limited, no kids options, the fries were dry and tasteless. The service was super. Only problem is test of food, quality is fresh. For my taste I would gladly go to Whataburger over in-n-out anytime

This is a fast food burger joint with few options but great burgers. The menu offers plain or cheese and one or two patties. The food is good and it takes you back to the simple days of a burger and fries. Nothing fancy, just basic burgers done well.

Such a convenient location (easy to get in, easy to get out) not to mention its located inside of a growing shopping center that is becoming increasingly popular by the month. The service and is fast, the building is clean and the food is good.

Tried this a few years back in California. Was excited when they came to Texas.... Until I tried it. I was quite disappointed. Fries tasted like most fast food joints. Not fresh cut. Burger was leak luster at best.

I know everyone from California loves it... as a Texan it wasnt bad but the food wasnt exceptional. I prefer Whataburger. It was simply fast food burgers and fries. The service was very friendly and prompt, howevet.

I LOVE In and Outs cheeseburgers!!!!!! They are the best my go to cheeseburger place. Not to mention their shakes especially the chocolate ones are the best with just plain cheeseburgers(meat and cheese only)

Quick, inexpensive and honest food. Great options for gluten free-order it protein style, it comes on lettuce. The only thing cooked in their fryer is French fries so no worry about cross contamination.

Never had it before. I dont understand what the raving is all about.the food is mediocre at best. Fries tasted old and were not crispy or hot. The next on the burger was good and so was the sweet tea.

Employees are nice, Service is good. Burgers are small and remind me of McDonalds and the fries taste like paper. I gave it 3 stars because my son likes the grilled cheese with all the vegetables.
