How many ways can you go wrong; first only 1 driveway open (excuse only 1 cash register: DUH!! So 12 minutes just to place an order, then14 minutes to get to the window and be asked "What did you order now?" Now, snatch the credit card away from my fingers, hold on to it for 4 minutes then no copy of the charge. Last cold food and soggy fries; will I ever be back, yes on the 12th of Never. People put them out of their misery and stay away, maybe a new "family" will buy it that is a little professional? Sorry, no roses, only thorns.

Strong possibility they will make you wait at the box minimum 3 minutes. No one else in line. One person in the coffin they call a lobby. Serving water to a tree would be challenge for the people, manager included.

Food was okay, a little bit better than the other fast foods but it is way over priced. The total came to almost $9 for a basic combo #1. I wont be going back there for a while as I cant afford it.

Best burger in the area. Drive thru can be a little slow if its full, or if the person in front has a large order. Most of the time it goes pretty quickly, though.
