I rarely, if ever give a five star for any restaurant, but there wasnt a 4.8 option available, so I rounded up. This was perhaps one of the best burger experiences Ive had at a smaller Cafe style restaurant, especially in the Mid-Cities area. This was my second visit and afterwards, I felt the need to leave feedback. The quality of the food is superb. Restaurant clean and service was excellent. Theyre well above Fuddruckers for a little less of a price and seem to have an equal, if not larger choice of burger selection and other types of food. Well worth the effort to try it out and Im pleased I took the time to find one of the better, if not best burgers in HEB.

Excellent burgers. We generally leave burger places less than satisfied but these were delicious. We did wish we had been asked (or remembered to specify) how we wanted them cooked. A bit well done for our taste but thats an easy fix. We also tried the fried mushrooms and the onion rings. The batter on both seemed to be the same. It worked better on the onions than the mushrooms. Ranch was yum! Grilled onions made the burgers! Service was great. We will be back for sure.

I used to love this place. They had the best 100% beef burgers in the area. Lately their quality and employees have sunk to a new low. They have been over-cooking the food, sometimes to the point of not being edible. I have gone by at 830pm (they close at 9pm) only to find they have already closed early and locked up. I dont know if this is isolated to this location or not, but I now have to find somewhere else to get my burger fix.

Onion Ring Rip-Off!! I ordered the onion rings for $3.69 and I got 6 rings and half of them were very small. I went up to the counter and asked if this was a 1/2 order and was told no, that was a full order. I told them it was $0.62/ring at this rate. They told me onions were expensive (my big toe!!). Fries are a $1.99 and you get a heaping serving. Im not going back, the hamburger was not great enough to cover the rip-off.

Their burgers are pretty tasty and filling. Theyre pretty basic, so dont expect anything fancy. The fries are good. I got the chili cheese fries and they were alright but I wouldnt get them again. Prices are alright. This place is comparable to Smashburger, but probably a little better. Service is slow though and they dont accept discover cards.

My burger with mushrooms and Swiss cheese was good. I enjoyed having the option of ordering a smaller size burger. One order of fries was enough to share. The place was very casual, just a tad above eating at a Jack in the Box. The price tag was over $20 for two burgers (one small), shared fries, and two drinks.

Hidden gem. Everyone that we have introduced to this place is wowed. They special order their buns from the bakery and they are perfect. Their burgers are notorious but I go for the chicken/mushroom/swiss. I have been to to a few of their restaurants over the past decade and this location is our favorite.

Always have been a fan of Chapps.We just visited this one for the first time and the cashier (I think the owner) was super friendly and joked around with us. My turkey burger was one of the best ones Ive had. Very juicy. The veggies were so fresh. Will be coming back again.

Ive driven by here many times. Decided to stop today. I ordered the Knockout burger, 1/2 pound Nolan Ryan grass beef, grilled onions, leaf (not chopped) lettuce, thick slice of tomato, mozzarella cheese, bacon and basil mayo with a fried egg. Best burger ever.

You better hope they dont screw up your order, because if they do they dont care to fix it. I spent over 30 bucks on a meal for family and they left items out of the order and would not replace. Update, they have contacted me and are working to fix it.

This is the best place to eat a hamburger in Colleyville if taste is important to you. Local operated. There beef is the best! Not a bar that serves burgers.... but a place that survives by the taste of thier food and not bar revenue. Its the best!

Cheeseburgers are always great! The meat is tasty and never grissly. The have really good fries and onion rings. For those who like salads they are huge! All for a really good price. We come back again and again! Try it!

While the food is tasty, its also loaded with fat and salt. Im not a fan of the buns, which seem to be loaded with sugar. The price is ok, but seems a little high for the quality level.

Overpriced. $3 for sweet potato fries averaged to about a dime per fry. Lots of places we can go with two for lunch for less than $30!
