Today, (03/13/2016) my father and my mother and I went to eat at This Burger King Restaurant, located at 517 Sheldon Rd, Channelview, Tx 77530. Well, when we got there, we told the cashier what we wanted to get using a coupon. We told him specifically that we didnt want "SALT" in our French Fries. And we also asked for a Grilled Chicken Salad. Anyway, when the food was ready, there was missing one French Fri and they have put SALT. So, my dad went to tell them about it. Also, he asked for "Croutons" for my moms salad. So, when "ISMAEL" one of the clerk that takes orders to go actually came to our table and start telling my dad that he likes to put on a "show". So, my dad responded to him that we come here to spend our money, so we deserve to be treated right and with a good service. So, I cant believe this stupid idiot name ISMAEL had the nerve to come to our table and tell us that. I told him that if he didnt want to be criticized, then he needs to provide a better service to paying customer. Also, the SALAD was horrible, it tasted like crap. My mom said that it was a NASTY TASTEFUL SALAD. I just cant believe that this guy "ISMAEL" came to our table and ridiculed my dad with his slander accusations. Wow, with people like this working for Burger King, I am NOT looking forward to returning to this particular restaurant NEVER again. Me and my entire family. I will inform my friends and the social media about this incident. Furthermore, Ismael was very unprofessional and very disrespectful to my dad and us. Is it Burger King "MISSION STATEMENT" to prepare and sell quick service fast food to fulfill our guest needs more "ACCURATELY" and "COURTEOUSLY"? We definitely did NOT get Burger King" Mission Statement. Instead, we got a STUPID IDIOT (ISMAEL) who obviously doesnt know the importance of Burger Kings "Mission Statement". Just as they have the right to refused service to anyone, we have the right to NOT go back and express our concerns and feelings toward this individual who gave this Fast Food Burger King a bad reputation. So, in conclusion, We will NOT come back in here and we will continue to inform the social media about his disrespectful arrogant idiot Ismael.

The food is good....BUT!!!! What part of NO MUSTARD and NO PICKLES do you not understand. It says on my receipt what I sprcifically asked for. Does that happen? NO!!! I get home turn on the tv about to relax from a bullshit day from work expecting to eat some good food. Yet here I was biting my burger and what the hell is this!!! A god damn pickle!!! Seriously!!! Now the mustard? Wow? Does someone need to go back to training and relearn how to properly make food? Does someone need to learn to read? Jesus man its not difficult to do. You cant fix stupid.

Constantly get wrong order or not a complete order wait a few months to go back and the same thing then it gets slightly better for a little while and then they tell me to park and will be about 6 minutes to wait, 20 minutes later still no food and no one has come out, pull around to the drive thru again and get the same person and he acts like he wasnt the one to park me. got my food but guess it will be a long time if I ever go back try the one on beltway 8 and wallisvill i guess and they want $15 an hour. Yeah right.

Very poor....The food was cold the french fries were old...Ended up getting out money back and going else where. The place area was filthy....I had to have my table wiped down before I could sit down....Manager clams they r busy...

Went to the drive thru at 11:10pm on a Wednesday and was told they were closed. Google and their door says they close at 12am.
