I have been going to this location for over three years now. Time to time theres a mishap (missing an order of fries, or my Triple Meat having only two burger patties on it) but thats to be expected of any business, especially one that sees as much traffic as this location. The people that work there have always come off with a honest and caring atmosphere for their job, and Ive not seen one employee there that behaved unprofessionally. Extremely great customer service, and I have never once drove away from this location feeling anything but satisfied with the food and the service. A great reason why I always go to this fast food joint over all the rest of the ones in Crosby and the out-lying areas.

I agree with previously described long-time experience at this Whataburger in Crosby TX. It is the worst I know in the State of Texas. Period. I had it all, wrong orders, extreme waiting time (passed by 4 clients from the cue behind me), wrong return money (of course not to my favour), paid for 3 burgers, found only 2 in the to-go-bag, running out of items ... you name it. Try to find lemon juice & honey for your tea ... its not there, they never had this universal Whataburger standard item at their buffet. Having only ONE friendly & professional lady is not enough to run such a business, too much is wrong. If I could give minus five stars - I surely would. WHATABURGER - FIX IT!!!

We moved here from Missouri and had never been to a Whataburger. When we first pulled up we thought the prices were high. We went ahead and ordered and the burger was large and the food was great. I got a bacon avacado burger and its the best fast food meal I have ever had. I give it 4 star bc I still think its a little high but it definitely a exciting night if we tell the kids were headed to whataburger. The employees are nice too. I did visit a Whataburger in another city and the service was not near as good as the one in crosby.

This place no matter what time of day is hands down the absolute WORST Whataburger in the state of Texas! Never fails that we have to return our food because its wrong, cold, and dry or we get all the way to the house and have to go back because our order is completely wrong.. Something has to give at one point. Either the staff or the training needs help at this location. I love Whataburger! But its sad for me to say Id rather go next door to Sonic! Yuck! Just so I can have my order done right or my food hot..

Small issues. Only had one lemon pie which always seems to be the case and you dont find out until after you paid and get to the window. Also, and this could have just been my perception, but the girl taking the order seemed to be almost bored and dismissive. She said and did all the right things. It was more a matter of tone. Thats hard to fix.

This whataburger is the best one I have been to yet, I travel all around Houston and have been to many but none come close. The food is always hot, drive through is always moving and have never waited more than 10 mins from the time I order to the time I get my food. I will continue to come here until the world ends.

Go there go there omg go there. Food is the best. Shakes are awesome. Very roomy. Plenty of parking spaces and the staff barely change. So you know you will see the same friendly face again. On occasion I even play cards there.......Not joking. Pics coming soon.

location was slow went through the drive in. only two cars a head of me and it took 15 minutes from the time i ordered till the time i revived my order. wouldnt recommend coming to this location unless you have 30 min till you want to wait.
