Good chicken and the restaurant looks clean but the reason for the two stars instead of five is due to the very rude cashier Alexis J. She ignored me for the first five minutes while standing at the register. Once she was ready to talk to me she said " What do you want." I kept polite and kept responding with mam and thank you and she just kept being rude. She wasnt just rude to me but she was rude to other customers waiting for there orders. And to top it all off I see all the other employees working hard and doing there jobs and she was ignoring them when they obviously needed a hand. She even raised her voice and said "someone answer the damn phone!" while I was waiting on my order. I was just shocked that this was allowed to go on and its a shame that this happened to such a great restaurant.

Second only to the one in Atascocita. Great people great food great service. I am a fast food junkie, regularly eating at fast food establishments. Although some brands are usually better than others, I have found much more difference between different locations of the same brand, rather than between brands, across the board. Consistency over a long period of time is very difficult to find because of the frequent personnel turnover. It is critical to have really good managers on site. If I owned a franchise I would definitely have a very well-designed reward system in place, to ensure that both individuals and teams were properly rewarded for their outstanding performance. Good loyal repeat customers are the crown jewels of the fast food business.

Went through the drive through. 1 car ahead that had to pull forward waiting on 1 bag of food. I had to pull forward waiting on nothing but a sandwich. Then the truck behind myself had to pull forward....there were 3 vehicles that had to pull forward because of the slow service. It took in total about 20 minutes for me to get food with 1 car ahead of me. Then when I asked "is there a reason its taking so long?" The woman rudely replied "were working on it". When I finally got my food all I got from here was "here". Not to mention the food was cold. Most rude customer service I have ever experienced.

Food took 15 minutes to come, Cajun rice was extremely dry, chicken tenders were cold. My daughters fish had under cooked batter, this is my second time here in 30 days, where the time prior the restraint was extremely dirty, only 2 other customers, but took over 30 minutes to recieve our food, the bathrooms floors were greasy feeling and had to easily step or you might fall, I have written Popeyes corporate about this particular location but have yet to recieve a response, though I will say the timing was a bit faster, and the place is much cleaner.

The worst food establishment in Crosby !! I have never been there when they have had the chicken cooked . Every time Ive had to pull up and wait and wait and wait . The employees are very rude . They make a bad experience turn into a horrible one . I refuse to go back there again . They would have to fire everyone working there especially the woman working the drive thru window

Omg please change the employees there! They are so rude the manager (lady black) is super rude the got an attitude when I told her she did not give me the right change. The popeyes at the old location was a lot better but then again it was different staff. I would give 0 stars but that is not an option.

The service is horrible. Been there twice and they are always out of something. You would thing spending 40$ on some chicken they would cater to you but no they act like we are bothering them. Never will go back ever.

Food is always hot & freshly cooked when I order. The biscuits are soft & buttery not hard and dry as they are normally known to be. My order is always correct. The workers are kind & polite.
