worst experience!! When I received my order it was cold. I called and spoke with the manager. My suggestion is to hire another one and fire her. I told her I received a text that my pizza was on the way at 1:19. I live 3 to 5 minutes away. they messed up order and had to remake it. Thats what the manager said. I asked did he have other pizzas to deliver with my order? He no other orders. She said as soon as the pizza was done he left to deliver it. I told her I live up the street the pizza should still be hot. I told her the manager ge probably made some personal stops before completing his job. Instead of taking responsibility for it or looking into it. She chose to go back and forth with me about my cold food. She came up with every excuse in the book and didnt care that my food was cold. she said we can make another and deliver it to you and pick up the other one. I told her my kids were waiting for their lunch long enough. its not fair for them to wait for another pizza. The manager is worthless and the driver sucks. I hate that he even got a tip. They didnt even bother to send an update text about why my order is delayed after I was notified it was on the way. This place sucks. They will not take a accountability. they dont care if the customer is unhappy with the order. The manager tries to make you feel like youre making stuff up. If I said my pizza is cold then its cold. I dont need to make up things to get stuff free. if I want it then I will buy it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered pizza for pickup and showed up 10 minutes after the pickup time given at checkout. We paid for the pizza and were then told it would be about 10 more minutes. 40 minutes later our order was finally ready, but they took our receipt to find the order, and never gave the receipt back. I got to the car and checked the order and it was of course wrong. When I took the pizza back in to have them correct it, nobody acknowledged I even walked in the door, and when the woman behind the counter walked up to me after 5-10 minutes, I told her the order was wrong and part was even missing, and she didnt apologize or act like she was in any way sorry. She took the boxes to the back, and then came back to ask me again what was wrong with them. After correcting my order she came back with my pizzas and handed them to me without even looking at me, and then called the next person in line. The restaurant was super smoky/hazy, like they didnt turn the vent fan on, and it smelled heavily of old grease. The pickup area was packed with people who were all waiting for their orders, and the workers in the back looked like they were all on break wandering around aimlessly. They even lost 1 mans order while I was waiting inside. It was a total wreck in there. I wouldnt recommend this Pizza Hut to my worst enemy. Since this is the closest Pizza Hut to my house, it looks like we will be ordering from other companies now!

We usually go there to dine in and theres this one guy who always take good care of us and apologize for any inconvenience we have during the time we have to wait. He gets to us late but then again its always busy there. Last week we went and there was this girl I believe her name was kiara or klara she had the audacity to yell out "you need to order here!" And we were sitting at the table!! To DINE IN! It took them a good solid 20 minutes to go and ask for our drinks Then my husband overheard her tell her coworker "Im just gonna turn off the dine in lights" and she turned off our table lights and kept turning them on and off. When we looked at her she didnt apologize or nothing she kept smacking her lips. We have had enough and we walked out. My sister and I went back in to speak with her and she had this innocent face and voice and said "I took yall your drinks but yall were gone" Total bullshit! This place was great before Now its just a mess. She said that they dont usually let anyone dine in there at 9 that they close at 9:30 When its a lie weve been going there until 10 to dine it they close at 11! They need to change their staff

I am seeking out the owner of this location. Bryan, who claims to be the manager, will not give me the name of his superior. I placed a order to this location, which is 2 minutes from my home. After the order being 30 mins late I called wondering where my order was. Bryan told me the order had been canceled because his delivery driver knocked and there was no answer. This is untrue because Ive been sitting by the front door since I placed the order. I asked why I hadnt received a phone call if there was no one to answer the door. Bryan told me that his delivery driver said he called. This is all a lie. There is no outgoing call in his phone log with my number. Bryan told me to place another order. When I asked if he could just take my order over the phone he said he couldnt. When I asked why he said "Im busy". Very unprofessional. He gave me a lot of other extra unwanted information regarding his pay structure, his lack of care for my complaints, and his wife having an affair. He ended the call with "Have a good day, you can either place another order or call someone else".

Just called the pizza hut to order two large any size at 10.00 each with a credit of one. I spoke to a manager about the below issue and he said he gave me a 10.00 credit for the other pizza. The rep said there was no credit. THIS is the last issue. im tired of the run around!!!!! usually a great pizza, desired by the kids and great help. i did order as usual on a friday two large pizzas, two arrived cold and one half burnt. i called in the issue just for the employee taking my call to ignore the issue. i requested the manager and was told he was not in. i left a message yet the message either was never delivered or i was ignored. This experiance dropped my approval of pizza hut a few stars. suggestion, Pizza hut, when a customer, expecially a loyal customer has an issue, resolve the issue immediately. Never ignore the customer!!

I was not greeted to be seated. A girl finally told me to sit anywhere. I guess that was cool since I was the only person in there. About 5 minutes later she walked by and dropped a menu on the table although I already knew what I was ordering. Fifteen more minutes she comes stands at my table. I asked her was there anything she would like to ask me. She just stood there. I asked her if she was taking my order. She shook her head yes. I ordered. She walked off and put the menu up. She then walked back and said could you repeat the toppings? Then she said and what kind of crust again? Oh lord. I asked her how long it would be. She said 10-12 minutes. I set my timer for 12 minutes and then looked up the store and gave this little preview of my dinner so far. This place really sucks right now.
