Went to this location last night for dinner. As I pulled up to the drive thru window I saw a 17 (give or take) boy taking out the trash and replacing the trash bag. As soon as he finished, he grabbed the baguette bread to put in customers bags, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!! When I asked for a manager and explained to her what happened, she told him to wash his hands. When he returned he grabbed the same bread he touched with his dirty trash can hands placed it in a bag and handed it to me. I told him I would not accept that food and requested the manager again. This manager did not apologize, seemed concerned or anything. She just said "ok." Then removed the bread and placed it on the counter, then got me fresh bread. She did not throw away the dirty bread until I told her I would not pull out of the drive thru until I saw her throw it away and I knew it wouldnt go to another customer once I left.

Not impressed. The food was good, but for $27 for 2 meals I would expect more. The pricing on the menu can be misleading. Unlike most places, their pick 2 menu is not two smaller portions of the food for one relatively low price. Instead, you pay for each half sized item individually for a price that is only slightly less than the full size items. The employees were unprofessional and playing around. Overall, I suggest you pass. There are several better places in the area.

Went in, and asked about the ingredients in a dish because I have an extreme food allergy (I carry an EpiPen), and was given a sarcastic answer about the ingredients. I admit that I came in close to closing, but no matter what time a customer is being served, they should be respectful to everyone equally. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed by their management.

i went to panera first impression was good the girl was nice and courtious. the food took a while and i had to pick it up instead of them bringing it to my table, kinda sucks. couldnt help notice thee floor was dirty need to be swept its hard to have a conversation when people are yelling from behind the counter to one another even the managers. very chaotic

Let me start off and say that the food tastes pretty good. But, my wife and I paid almost 30 dollars for half a sandwich and half a bowl of soup each. Also, the employees were rude and unprofessional and acting like it was some sort of game. Hire employees that will take their job more seriously.

I love panera bread. I always do drive through. Today April 6th 2015, I got half a smokehouse turkey sandwich and half ceaser salad. When I got home my tummy hut so bad, I had to lay still for a while. Luckily After about 2 hours it stopped and I did not have to go to ER.

Great place for drive through on those nights where you are just too pooped to cook. Pretty quick too. Just be sure to check your order before you drive off as the order accuracy is off about 25% of the time. Food had always been very fresh and delicious though!

2nd time ordering via the app. Todays panini arrived just like this. The first time I ordered there was plastic wrap in my soup. Idk why this keeps happening. Never had a problem when eating there in person. Management should look closely at to go orders.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their salads used to be my favorite, but they dont seem to taste the same anymore. They changed the purple onions and dont give you as much lettuce anymore

Generally their food is good. However, my wife and I bought food today and a nice fat mosquito was dead wrapped up in the sandwich. This little guy had to be at least the size of a penny. :(

It is what you expect. Not world class, but pretty good. I enjoy getting a sandwich and soup with a nice big glass of water. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice simple lunch.
