Worse display of customer service I have ever experienced at any restaurant. Arrived before buffet was over to be told it was shutdown early because they we out of chicken and only had thin crust pizza. So placed an order to go, to be told it would be 25 minutes and most of the side choices were not available. Then to watch the manager on duty berate a customer and ended the customer complaint of the service by telling them not to come back. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone and sad thing is it is in my home town...

Great pizza and food. But there closed Sundays not sher why also they dont deliver more the a Mile away they told me.... I live 6mn away recording to Google maps and they dont deliver......in AZ pizza places have a 2.50$ fee for delivery and usually tip 5$-10$ so there losing out on a lot of possible money from people..... when u r talking a extra $7.50 a pizza that could add up fast

Great food, but on buffet nights we usually have to wait for pizza/bread sticks to come out. Some of the workers are awesome, then there are some who are lazy and not polite which can make your visit not a good one. We enjoy coming here with the family and hope for a better experience the next time we come. An Ice cream machine would be a bonus too. :-)

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Reps on the phone ignore me as I ask questions. I just looked up the hours on the Web. It said that they are open however, the representative who answered the phone said that they are closed. If there were any other restaurants in this town that delivered, I would never call Pizza Ranch in Perham.

Called in a half hour before they closed to place an order, and they told me they are closed. I work in a restaurant, if I get a table even a minute before I can clock out I have to do the order before I can leave. The pizza ranch in perham needs better management. Dont lie to the customer and do your job until you actually close.

The pizza is sub par. Like other restaurants in Perham, people go there more out of need than want. The food here isnt really good, they never keep up with the buffett. The greedy business owners Iif this city do not allow for compitition so there really isnt a lot to chose from here. Another visit another old stale salad bar...

Warning: do not go on kids night, the buffet looks like its was hit by a bomb everytime. Pizza is meh at best, chicken is fine. Makes me wish we had another pizza place in Perham to hold these guys to a higher standard....

The cheese sticks were ok, not much flavor and a bit dry. Pizza was average, crust tasted like cardboard, toppings very light, sauce is good. Good enough for the price and delivery was fast.

There is no buffet from 2 to 5pm. Buffet begins at 5pm to 8pm. Food is great...delivery is always fast.
