I have Been to this Dairy Queen in perham mn 56573 many times the past year and they constantly mess up my orders. I dont have time to get the orders corrected because of the fact I pick it up right before I go to work and have no time for the unnecessary corrections. I have gotten many items and clearly said what I want and they repeat it back. I rarely recieve my orders correctly when I am there. For example I can order a 6 or a 4 piece and be under served by 2-3 pieces in my basket or on 2 rare occasions I have received 2-4 extra pieces in my basket. There are many countless times they didnt fulfill my order. There has been times I order a blizzard and they give me a completely different flavour. There have been times I order a something besides a basket on the menu and that item is completely missing from the bag. They are never too busy I see like 4-5 staff standing around talking when I drive up to the window or go inside so there should be no reason they cant complete an order correctly. When I go there I am paying for things I am not even getting.
