The absolute worst experience Ive had. I would give no stars if I was able too. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else. The "Fresh Fruit" water are half water and half pulp. The pulp constantly got stuck in the straw. The waitress was very slow. She provided us a ketchup bottle that was less than a quarter full for a table of 12. Once we ran through that bottle we asked for another. I didnt think it could get worse. The waitress gave us another bottle and the first one to use the bottle was a child. She said it taste funny. We open up the bottle to find that the ketchup went bad and was spoiled. The food was not good at all. Most of it was undercooked. As soon as I took my first bite I felt stomach pain. They tried to make the situation better by offering free food but we declined everything here is horrible. The absolute worse experience ever. 0 stars.

You can not get better Honduran food than from Las Hamacas. Out of their four locations in Houston and one in Austin, this place has it all. From the beautiful waitstaff, Myrna, Wendy, Karla, etc., to the owners and management of the establishment(Elma, Herman, Mary and Jessica), Las Hamacas has the best food , service(waitstaff is incredible) and cooks, that prepare all of this delicious food, than anywhere that me personally have experienced. Myself , I am not Latino, but Americana, and am a regular, enthusiastic customer, who has fallen in love with this restaurant, and their culture. From their badellas, to their different sopas, and entrees, I hope you give this Greenspoint restaurant, and all of their loyal employees, a chance at earning your patronage , as a welcomed, loyal, customer. Hola amigos soy Hondureño con mucho horgullo, pero lamentablemente tengo que decir lo que pienso de la comida...honestamente la comida no es buena en sabor, además que te sirven la comida basta fría no a su tenperatura adecuada..el ambiente es bueno, el servicio es mas por dónde el mesero piensa que va por mas..no podría darle 5 estrellas....Mi consejo es que cambien los cocineros ...

The food was a waste of money the fish was raw and the ketchup was expired and they messed up our order and just laughed when we complained about the ketchup and the wrong order almost waited an hour for our food and the rice was just cold and seemed to be microwaved the pineapple water had too much pulp and the water of horchata was filled halfway with powder the employee was terrible and was not educated enough to figure out how to give us our drinks. SHE LEANED ON MY 8 YEAR OLD BROTHER TO THE POINT WHERE HER SMALL BREAST WERE ON HIS HEAD JUST TO GIVE THE DRINKS TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TABLE.If there was an option for 0 stars then i would put it 10/10 would not come here .

Pésimo servicio, una espera de 30 minutos por un pollo frito para llevar y disque acababa de salir pero cuando lo probé estaba helado.!! La mánager me cobro en la caja por el pollo y ni me miro a la cara, ni gracias por su compra o pase buena noche. Muy mala atención al cliente con un montón de borrachos.

I give one star for the "manager" "managers" because they can not do their work ... 1 month ago me confused with someone called Jeremias Maldonado told me I owed them anyway showed my id Texas and because they realized it was not me ... because today I am going back with my family and I spend my Blast Card American Express 2 times but see given mistake and the second see he said approved but the manager says he does not know English and I told them that the receipt was telling approved and "manager" had to re-charge me with my other visa Blast; anyway DOUBLE CHARGED me NOW BOY TO HAVE TO GO BACK TO REGLAMARLES

Went here the other day, the place is kind of hidden. On a Sunday this place is packed. They had loud music playing trough the speakers. We sat down and ordered our food, which took about 1 hour to come out, when it did i ask the waitress for the bill as we had to rush since they took 1 hour to bring our food, the waitress said no Ill bring it when you are done....So finally I had to ask someone else for the ticket when we were done eating, and they overcharged us for a drink, we complained to the lady operating the cashier who apologized. The food was good no complaints there, friendly staff. Would probably not go here again.

La verdad que antes hacian los pollos con tajadas buenos, ahora no sirven!! Me dieron un pollo que estaba asta tostado y duro de frito que lo dejaron y de sabor no tenia nada, horrible se lo termine dando a mi perro

Horrible place to go especially if u go with family. Half the girls there wear clothes way to tight wear the gut hangs out. Made me loose my appetite when I saw one of there belly buttons. They have outdated menus they give out and when it comes down to paying they pull out a new one and charge u more. Very unprofessional service. Ladys that work there look very upset and are rude like they dont want to be there. Will NEVER go again.

La traga leche de la hamaca es pésima mesera pero si le das 50 pesos de propina te lo mama en el baño ya no voy mucho desde que subió el precio y ahora quiere cobrar 100 pero se los doy porque mama rico

La comida no está mal, por otro lado el tiempo de espera me parece excesivo y la música a muy alto volumen por más que les dije que hicieran el favor de bajarle, vas una vez y suficiente.

Una selección extensiva de platillos típicos. Un ambiente lindo con música, y no fuerte por cierto. Plátanos ricos, pupusas bastante decentes aunque no las mejores, y mucho más.

If I could give no stars I would. The food is tasteless. No flavor and took a long time just to bring out two plates of food. I ordered an appetizers and instead of letting us know there was none the "amazing" server doesnt tells us till she brings out all of the food. I have been here two times and those two times have been horrible!

First of all Las Hamacas Restaurant is not Mexican food, is HONDURIAN Food I really like it the only bad thing is that they take forever to get your order. But other than that no complaints they make you feel like if you were back in Honduras! Love it!!!
