Very fast paced and professionally handled under pressure but I give it up for the carhops theyre fantastic always greeting customers with smiles and you can hear the smiles through the intercom when you press the button.. foods always hot if they have any complaints they handle it... one more thing the firestone right next door is very convenient because I had to get service done the same time the new very nice managers and workers get you in and out by the time you order your food till you walk back over theyre done very pleased keep kicking it sonic

Dont try to go there for food after 8, itll take 20 mins and they wont do anything about it. And if you complain that your food is taking to long to come out they just wont give you a receipt so you cant call and complain. The excuse they give is that your order was over 20 mins ago. My friends food was cold and the ice cream got to us melted. They are just horribly run, and very inefficient. Needs new ownership probably.

I have been going to this sonic for a while now as I drive past it daily on my way to work. When i first started going, the service was great, the employees knew my name and the food was good. However this is no longer the case. Although the servers are happy and kind, the orders are often wrong and missing specific things. The chicken strips are also incredibly small compared to other Sonics.

Most drive through people are not friendly and their voice sounds like they cant wait to be done with you and on to the next person. They girl who took our order today (4/17/17) at 4:45pm was sweet and bubbly. She actually sounded like she likes working their which is extremely uncommon for fast food workers. The young guy that brought our food out was very polite, too. WOULD recommend.

Carhops seem bored and uninterested in their jobs. Not only is it slow every time I visit, the most recent was the worst. It took 10 minutes for a drink order (which they obviously clocked out before it was done, because I was unable to pay right after ordering). I am a former Sonic employee and we would have never run out business this way. Very sad.

Worst Sonic Ever. Out of Pretzel dogs (which are being promoted on every other commercial). Gave me marinara sauce with my jalepeno poppers. By the time we reached home (2 minutes down the road) My tiny lil hot dog had soaked through the bun. Oh and thanks for having onions on my hot dog when even my receipt said "no onions".

You really cant beat their half price drinks happy hour when it comes to price. Unfortunately, most other things on the menu arent worth their while price, for example, the extra long cheese coney is $2.99, a lot for just a double size chili dog. But coupons make it a lot better, and their burger and tots are pretty good.

Ordered food paid for it with card and the staff in side got into a food fight in side the store .... not ok not happy they are playing with food they will later serve ..... not ok will not be coming back ... until staff Is changed ....

horrible! I ordered a cookie dough blast, a piece of the Styrofoam cup must of fallen into my ice cream because I almost ate it! 3 people were behind me with larger orders and I had to wait over 10 minutes just to get a blast.

When you order extra candy, please put it in there. If Im paying for it I expect it. Took 20 minutes to get some ice cream. The Styrofoam cup and two holes in it. Oh the places well go for our children.
