Great experience, I went here because I was in the area and Allison Cook had just rated it #60 in her Houston Top 100. I am an adventure eater, and I like to act a bit like a lost tourist when I eat at off the beaten path places like this one. It worked perfectly here, the staff was so helpful and I could tell that they were really having fun helping the "poor confused white man" decipher the menu. I love every minute of it. I was by myself, which is why my ploy worked, but I will go back with a group soon, I feel sure that group dining is the best way to enjoy this place.

Worst dining experience in EVER! Seven of us sat down and decided each person ordered one dish. During the discussion, the waitress suggested some dish, some of us gave our the comment like" this dish sounds good" The waitress then put the order in without confirming with any of us! We ends up with 11 dishes on the table for seven people! This is the WORST WORST experience we ever had! NEVER GO BACK THERE! I will give a minus five star if possible!

For the lunch deal, buy 3 get one free, it was a very fantastic dine in! They do not advertise this but this is what I had! There lunch menu is extensive and included all different meats. The food was about average costing about 7 dollars a plate. Hot tea was 1.50 per person. The flavor was lacking compared to many other Chinatown modern joints that are also very competitive. For the price though, fantastic!

The place forgot 2 of our entrée....the waitress didnt tell us they ran out of razor clams....had us waiting over an for nothing...waitress was tight on the napkinsand straws..wth....I know it was a busy night....but thats what make a resturant good or not....if they can handle themselves when its busy...they did not perform well...left feeling hungry...about to order pizza at home!

This is one of the best places to eat entertain friends & client, everyone Ive introduced to Hai Cang love it and go back own their own. Dont miss this place, try menu item 56 sole fish, stir-fried oysters, fried tuff, snow pea leaves. Everything on menu has been exceptional. Great for large gatherings. Special desserts on weekdays. Great lunch specials! The highest price was like $7.5. If you buy 3 you get 1 free! The portions were a good size for the price. We definitely had leftovers. The food came out fast and hot. The service was great, the lady even came around with a bucket of ice to put more ice in our cups because the ice had melted.

Great lunch specials under $7. I wish they had a lobster lunch special, theirs is about $26. If they had a soup option to add to lunch prices, I would give 5 stars. $8 for egg drop soup is just way too much. This place has potential to be great, but would have to adopt more common sense pricing.

The food was great and service was prompt and compassionate! What I really like about Harbor Seafood off Bellaire street! Theyre probably the only restaurant in Houston that has live Alaskan king crabs , humongous Lobsters, and fresh prawns! My experience was great at Harbor Seafood!

This is the best Chinese food Ive tasted in years, good prices as well for large portions. They have the typical stuff you see in the u.s. but also has more ethnic plates as well. Definitely worth checking out although the exterior seems a little off the interior is really nice

Ive had an amazing experience every time I visited Harbor Seafood. I highly recommend checking out the pork short rib, the orange beef, the fried tofu (the best in Houston), and the chicken with Chinese broccoli. The service here is excellent, they will treat you like family.

4 stars only because it was my first time. Food was delicious and it comes out quick. Not like most place in Bellaire where you get some dishes every 10 min. Here it was a quick stream and the service the best nice had on Bellaire. Great for big parties.
