First & Last time customer. Drove up & waited like 5minutes before someone responded and i was told to drive up to the window so the person can take my order. Then i waited again and i told the person my order and she couldnt hear me, so i had to raise my voice to tell her again and my relative had to also say my order at the same time and she still couldnt hear me. Finally, my relative said it alone again the same thing i said and then the woman heard us. Then we had to wait 20minutes to receive the order on top of that and i was in a hurry. Here I am thinking Wow! I have not gone to an A&W for years this would be something different to try, but never again. After getting my order i came home only to find my wrapper was bigger than the burgers, the cheese look like it was stomped on, the bun was burnt on the edges as was the beef patty on both burgers. Then we got 2 polar swirls and they did not taste that great. The m&ms tasted old and the ice cream didnt taste like ice cream. The overall presentation of the food was not appealing at all to even want to eat it. And not only that the sizes were extremely small for the 18.00 usd we paid. I was very disappointed and will never go to this restaurant again.

Worst experience Ive ever had at an A&W. Tried the drivethru, and after waiting almost fifteen minutes in front of the speaker decided to back out like the guy behind me already had (except he just left) and go inside. Inside it took another fifteen minutes even to there was only one person in front of me, and the clerk just LEFT the register, so there was no one in the front at all after she took my order. The people that came in after me waited almost ten minutes before they yelled for service, then the people in the back argued over who should go up front to take their order. The tea dispensers had tea pooled all around the machine, then I got my burger and found out that they didnt just take off the pickles, they took off everything, so i had a disgusting hamburger instead of a juicy cheeseburger. The lady taking my order didnt listen, and i wasnt speaking fast, so i almost didnt get my root beer float because she didnt hear me, even tho it was the forest taking i ordered and she repeated it back to me. Maybe this is the service to expect from Long John Silvers, since it is a combination store, but Ive never heard of such a horrible A&W.

The kindest thing I can say of this place is that the store manager refunded my order. For this Im willing to award the single star. The dining room is shabby and the kitchen is horrible. Service moves at a glacial pace, and employees are unable to accommodate basic requests (no mayonnaise? Impossible). And the signature glass root beer mugs are only available for shakes and floats. After waiting twenty minutes for my order, I inquired and found out there was no bacon for my bacon cheeseburger, and would I accept an extra patty instead? "Fine," I said, "but on the side please." Ten minutes later, a lonely patty was served in a greasy, ketchup-stained paper sack. In short, I regret wasting 45 minutes of my life experiencing first-hand the degradation of a former classic.

First and last time customer. Never tried this place so i wanted to give it a shot. Wow this was the most pitiful looking cheeseburger i have ever seen. Some restaurants will at least try to make it look like the picture but not here. To make matters worse i watched them stick my burger in the microwave to cook it and melt the cheese. Completely ruined all flavor and integrity of the meat. I do Not recommend this place to anyone. Never thought id say this but i rather have McDonalds.

Waited 21 minutes on food that never arrived. Floors were very dirty. Manager was rude to customers and employees. Customers kept having to come in from the drive thru to get their orders corrected. 1 star only for getting my money back. Also no actual draft root beer that I have had from previous a&w restaurants was told from the fountain drink machine. Which tasted horrible. No ice cream for a float. Worst experience ever. Will never go here again.

Cant give it less than 1 or I would. This place seemed to be understaffed or just had staff not wanting to help customers. Stood at the counter and waited for 5mins with no One even giving us an acknowledgement. Called and got Barbara who just hollered at someone from her perch in the office. Decided to spend our money at a place that wanted our business. Owner should really consider finding new people that want to work.

Walked in was not greeted at all, I waited for over 5 min in line and was actually the only one in line and my order wasnt even taken. I just stood there waiting all for nothing before deciding to just leave and take my money else where because I guess they dont need it. Worst costumer service EVER. I understand if its busy but not even a "Ill be with you in a moment" was said.

35 mins in drive thru then greeted when I was the only one in drive thru. Then told to pull up took order at window and got that wrong. Corrections were given checked food to make sure was right and food was made wrong. So waited another 30 min to correct mistakes and food is now cold. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WILL NOT COME BACK OR RECOMMEND TO ANY BODY TO EAT HERE.

This location is a combination A&W and Long John Silvers. It can be slow, the store feels grimy, but overall Ive been happy with the food and service here.

it took 12 minutes to get a hamburger with fries after ordering. Portions are really small, AND THEY WERE OUT OF ROOT BEER!!! REALLY!!!!
