The lady in the earlier post talking about the girl at the window that gets an attitude act like she cant hear when your trying to choose an order is right before I could even order she was getting an attitude cause she wanted me to order faster when no one else was behind me and I had not been there but a few seconds she was talking to the other workers asking them if they wanted food on the mic and having an entire conversation I was appalled service so bad I dont think Ill ever go back my food was cold burger was soggy and sloppy and my drinks were flat and the bag they didnt inspect it my food fell out the bottom when i got home i was thinking it was gone be success I was happy with how it started but it has since diminished in quality and service this location really needs some new management or something cause it is bad and I live in Houston THIS IS A REAL REVIEW.

Its my third time eating at this location and its finally time to share. Let me start by saying I have always loved Rallys. It was only 2 in Phoenix and when 1 closed I still made the drive to Tempe. I was so excited to see one opening in Houston but for the third time Ive been very disappointed. It never fails my burger is cold, even when I asked for it fresh off the grill for the third time. The overload of mayo, smashed bun,soggy lettuce, onion cut bigger than the burger and cold fries. The customer service just sucks. The girl taking the order in drive thru keeps saying "maam" or "huh" every time you say something. I wont say her name hoping its a lack of training. However, this is the usual customer service they offer. Rallys this location really need some help!

The customer service rep, a young man behind the counter, seemed as though doing his job was a bit of an inconvenience. No greeting, no response to pleasantries, a blank look on his face. Staffing seemed to be irritated overall. The food was hot, but the burger was not of a quality I would have expected. It was quite a bit smaller than anticipated for the "Big Buford". It had very little lettuce, tomatoes, etc,. Seemed thin and small and not so tasty. The fries were fries. Nothing exceptional at all. I am easy to please, but the entire experience and food was quite below average.

Im new here from New York and was in the area notice McDonalds was cross the street but most McDonalds is really taste disgusting so I stopped in too check out checkers who eever was taking my order was very polite and the food was ready fast I got the Buffalo Wings & Texas style fully loaded fries I was honestly surprised it was super good I will definitely will be checking them out again **********

The food is great! The chicken sandwiches are juicy and delicious. The fries are seasoned to a T. The only downside is that its smaller portions for the price compared to other fast food chains. The service is okay, not the best. Especially not around midnight. There always seems to be a rude impatient employee taking orders. Other then that its a must try.

We dont have a Checkers where I live anymore so of course I had to try the drive thru on Sunday while visiting. Food was better than I remembered and Daevan was great! His brief encounter with me made me understand that he values his job...his customer service skills were unmatched as far as drive thrus go!

Was really looking forward to going and was very disappointed. My double fish burger was flattened, tasteless and greasy! My Aunts "big" chicken burger was a flop as well only good thing was the soda and fries.... We went at 11am they open at 10am so there was no excuse for our food to be that bad!!!

Come on checkers!!!! Yall have been gone for years and you come back and hire ghetto employees that suck. They dont care about your food and the lady had a attitude when I asked for katchup. Really?! Thats your job, you all need to spend more time in your hiring process.

I went in there @ 9:30am but they were supposed to open at 10am that day. The problem was that the door was open so I assume it was open, I walk inside & they rudely kick me out. Like really?? Next time dont leave the door open & be nice when kicking ppl out!!

Great foods that remind you of 50s and 60s diners! They have a large dining area to actually sit and eat your meal. Large selection of foods that compete with even Sonic Drive Thru! Check it out folks! Only 2 in the Houston area so far.

Great place! Very clean, employees are nice. Area is ok. The food is really good, especially for the price. That 4 for $3 cant be beat. "Small" drink, choice of sandwich, small fries and a good size apple pie.

The food was fresh and hot. The dining room was clean and our order came out pretty quickly. The only com was the fly that hovered around our table all meal. Not really Checkers fault but still uncomfortable.
