Horrible service. My kids had been hearing them advertising .59 cent short stacks & begged to go. I expected it to be crowded but it was more chaotic then anything. There was no hostess or even a list of names for staff to go by to tell who arrived in what order. There was only 2 wait staff working so they were only seating customers in 2 small sections of the restaurant. This caused huge masses of people to be stuck waiting in the front entry way. It took 25 minutes after we were seated & had ordered our drinks for them to be delivered, by that time my kids were so thirsty they sucked the drinks down & it was after we finished eating that refills arrived. The quality of the food was horrible as well. Many items over cooked or soggy & cold. Many items were forgotten & we had to ask multiple times in order to get them fixed. There was no apology or explanation ever given for any of this. I am not blaming the wait staff as they were over ran but the lack of management clearly showed. For one if you know there is going to be a special promotion that they company has spent tons on advertising then you should be prepared for it by having the restaurant adequately staffed to handle high volumes of customers. An explanation to your customers would of been nice as well. The manager failed to live up to what I would expect from someone managing my business. I cant even tell you how many customers got upset & left so what was supposed to help boost there sales, ended up costing them business instead because of lack of preparation & an inadequate management staff.

Even though the food was excellent, my husband and I will not be going back. Every single staff member seamed to be grumpy. Very unfriendly and just made everything seem cool and uninviting. On top of the unfriendly service the food took forever. It took a while for my husband to get refills on his tea and the coffee was very weak, more like light brown water. Not a big deal but an annoyance was that every time my husband did get a refill they just assumed that his tea was unsweetened. When I ordered my 3 year olds plate the assumed she only ate powdered eggs instead of real eggs and they didnt think that I would want cream with my coffee. Now I understand that everyone that lives in this area are probably very heath conscious but I believe that real eggs are very healthy and I unless I ask for all these substitutions then I dont want them. All this aside, The food was very good. I like to eat at Ihop during the winter months because of the pumpkin pancakes. These cakes at this location were very yummy with a good bit of pumpkin in them. My eggs were perfect and that is sometimes hard to find. My husband also enjoyed his meal. We still will not be going back to this location because of the staff. Long dreary faces with robot attitudes and a wait long enough for me to finish an entire pitcher of watery coffee by myself before we got our food is not a very good Ihop atmosphere in my opinion.

My husband and I went into this location to have breakfast and try some of the new seasonal offerings. I had signed up for the Pancake Revolution E-club about a week prior and had not received the coupon for a free meal as stated on the IHOP site. I mentioned it to my server who was awesome and she said she would have someone come over to speak to us about the matter. A woman named "Sedona" came over who as the manager and told us they longer offered The Pancake Revolution related discounts only BD coupons. We would have been fine with that until she looked at each of us ( in our 50s) and condescendingly said she could offer us the "Senior Discount". It was her tone that bothered us the most. We quickly rejected the offer and told her we didnt need it. Its really a sad state of affairs when some younger people who are just starting out, are so arrogant and rude with a sense of entitlement the likes I have never seen. I may never get that coupon but what is more important to me is that Miss Sedona learn how to communicate respectfully to the customers who patronize the store she manages. I give the FOOD AND SERVICE 4 STAR. Sedona got the 1 STAR

Service started off in the most lackluster fashion. Greeter sat us at a booth under a fan on warp speed in an already cold room. We asked to have the fan turned down or turned off and ended up having to find a different table. The booth next to ours immediately followed suit and complained about the fans as well. The food took a long time to come out, and once it was delivered our server disappeared until the end of our meal. It was not busy, not at all. My egg over-medium was runny for an egg cooked over-easy and my wifes eggs over-hard were cooked to death. Just blah... Coffee was terrible.. :(

Ive been here a couple of times and waited to write an honest review. Unfortunately theres not many positive things I can say. First, there never enough employees. You would think they would be ready on their busiest days (Saturdays and Sundays) Nope. On top of that the area where we sat smelled like old split milk /mildew. Had to asked to be moved. Service was extremely slow. Took close to 45 minutes to get our food and then it was cold. Manager was trying her best to help, but couldnt put out the fire.

We also waited about 10 minutes without being seated or even greeted before we decided to just leave. An employee was standing no more than 20ft away from us and never turned around to look at us even though she could clearly hear us. Absolutely zero excuse for that type of customer service. If you are looking for breakfast you are better off going to the first watch down the street, the food and the customer service are 10x better.

Took more than 35 minutes to be seated, they have no one to seat the dinners. Took more than 40 minutes since they took our order and we are still waiting. Dont know how longer it will take before our food arrive. Only 2 waiters in the whole location. After all this wait our order was lost and it took more time till the manager addressed the issue. I must admit the manager took the responsibility and covered our check.

Every. Single. Time. Without fail, the service is terrible! I hate posting reviews like this. Normally I leave it alone, but Cmon. I have been a server for 10 years & could run circles around this staff. Food is good.... service is horrible. I always wait 3-5 minutes to get greeted. Food takes a while to come out and the staff dont seem like their in much of a hurry. Hire people who know what their doing, please.

Had waited almost an hour wait to be seated as they werent seating anyone. They were short staffed and some people who had just arrived behind us ended up almost to were seated befpre us. My husband spoke up. Instead of trying to seat us they chose not to seat anyone and went about their business. We ended up leaving and going down the road, as we had a toddler with us who was getting cranky
