I showed up and got my order taken by Michael. He was very friendly and was working very hard. Putting down chicken, taking orders and cleaning his area. But i waited about 15- minutes for my food because he got caught up with a situation with another customer. The whole time he was nice. I watched as my food sat in one place for about 5 minutes. All 3 other women working were on their phones texting while michael was working his tail off. Then finally the manager Veronica comes from the back. First time i seen her the whole time. Passes my food up 3 times. (All the while there were no fries in the oil cooking, on my tray, or in the fry station.) She finally puts my fries in which i waited another 2-3 minutes. Then all her other workers continued on their phones. Why couldnt they have helped. I mean i understand everyone has their own station but when a fellow worker needs help, JUMP IN. Jesus yall its team workkkkk. Meanwhile the tables were dirty and floor were atrocities. Sorry but the only ups for this place was the fresh fries i waited for and Michael.

Food was ok. My order was correct and it was fairly fast, but Burger and fries were warm, not hot. Cheese wasnt melted. Bun was not hot. Front counter cashier was friendly. Lots of flies and the dining room smelled like dirty greasy mop water. I should have left when I smelled the mop water. Oh and I ordered it to eat here and they yelled my number out for me to come get it to go. Apparently thats how they do it here because there were others dining in with to go bags at their table. Ill keep searching for my favorite DFW Whataburger joint.

If youre coming here in the day time or after 7 am for some food, the workers are hard working and fast, they do a fantastic job, but if you come here after midnight and between 7am, you will be very unimpressed, drive thru will be almost 100% non functional, and you will wait upwards of 30 min to get food, the manager does nothing about it or anything to speed up her workers, shes just as lazy as all the other workers, piss poor place to go after dark

The drive thru line was sooooo slowwww! Every single car in front of me had to give their bag back because it was wrong or something was missing - No exaggeration. After waiting 20 min with only 3 cars ahead of me it was finally my turn and she hands me my bag and closes the window. So Im still waiting because she didnt give me my drink. So after about 2 more minutes she reopens the window and asked what I waiting for

We went through the drive through to make a quick stop and there were 2 ordering machines, but only one person working. This resulted in this employee switching between machines and taking minutes to take orders. We dont blame them, we blame the store for not having another worker helping her out. They were really nice, Im not going to lie, but the amount it took just to order two burgers was ridiculous

This particular location (Eastchase and I30) almost consistently gets my order wrong. Ive had fries completely missing, to the wrong burger, and today asked for my order to be Whatasized, which they repeated back to me, and received medium sized. I can understand once or twice but at least half the time over the last 9 months? Thats absurd. Glad we are moving to where we can go to a different one.

We stopped here on our way back to Austin and this by far is the worst service Ive had from Whataburger. The wait was too long to receive our order and the food wasnt even hot. Also, they need to clean the restaurant from front to back. There was liquid on the floor that everyone was walking in, the the walls look dirty, flies everywhere, and trash around the outside.

Ive never had such slow service at a "fast food" restaurant. Waited nearly 15 minutes just to order, then had to wait another 20 minutes just to get my food, only to discover that my order was incomplete. Did not go back at that time, because I had a hungry five-year-old in the car and I didnt feel like waiting another 25 minutes for them to correct the mistake.

A word of advice. DONT COME HERE AT NIGHT ESSPESALY ON SAT OR SUN. The morning crew is good,evening crew is ok at best, the night crew however they just dont care, the managers and i think one or two of the six workers that i see every night actualy work hard. Please do a favor to yourself and dont come at night its always a bad experience

The most ridiculous experience ever. I waited in line for OVER 1 HOUR. Someone needs to address this issue. I will never ever go back! And I will tell all my FB friends about this horrible experience. Management needs to address this. People in line behind me were honking. Im sure this isnt first time for this horrible experience.

I had bad service in two days First day they brought cold fries and a cold chicken bites The other day they took my order and I waited 40 min they served 4 ppl came after me I just took my money back All this happened in after 1 am in the morning The service in early morning shifts are really bad and slow

Food was good but I made the mistake of going into the bathroom before I left. It was disgusting. There was dried poop on the toilet and floor. I saw at least 3 employees go in while we were eating and the didnt send anyone in to clean. If I had seen the bathroom first, I wouldnt have eaten there.

Slow as hell. Be prepared to repeat your order 3 times, and always check because its usually wrong. Also, you have to beg for extra condiments. They think large fries only needs one ketchup or three taquitos only needs one salsa. I wish another location was closer to me.

My sister and mother were visiting and they stopped by to pick up breakfast and the services in the drive through was horrible. Two girls (ladies) were so rude to them. This happened September 2, 2017 around 9:30 AM. Those two need to be trained in customer service.

This is by far the best Whataburger ever! Great customer service, fresh food and my order is always correct. This should be a training facility for other whataburger locations that need help with getting sevice and food preparation up to standards.

28 minutes to get a cup of coffee... Lobby, tables are dirty. How long does it take to make coffee ??? I still havent got my coffee to go with my meal. Thats why education is important, there are grants to go to school if you cant afford it.

This place is garbage!!! Ruind my whole meal!!!! I waited for 30 min or more to have everything completely wrong and my fries were so hard. And to top it off my food was cold.. very, very poor quality. I really dont recommend this place at all .

The food is great just like any other Whataburger, but service is the slowest Ive ever seen at a Whataburger. I once spent 45 min in the drive through. They have a double drive through lane, but its been closed every time Ive visited.
