Every table was full this Sunday morning, but only 2 tables had any food on them. The rest of the tables were full of people clutching their receipts hoping to be called up to receive their orders. The line of people waiting to have their incorrect orders fixed was as long or longer than the line of people waiting to order. My order only took 45 minutes to complete. I was lucky... A guy next to me waited 45 minutes before receiving an incorrect order, he waited another 45 to get it fixed. The tables are all incredibly dirty and unattended. And as I sit here writing this the air is filling with smoke as yet another batch of bagels burns in a forgotten oven. Dont go here. You will be disappointed. And Einsteins corporate, if you are reading this: Please for the love of God if this is a franchise, end their contact. They are doing you no favors. And if this is corporate-ly owned then fire everyone on staff and start fresh with an accomplished manager. This place sucks.

I love bagels, and I love Einsteins in particular, but this is the most most poorly managed restaurant Ive ever been cursed to experience. Its Saturday morning, and two people who have been patiently waiting in line finally gave up and left. Im torn between being happy they are no longer in front of me, and humiliated for not being as wise as them by just cutting my losses. Will someone please open a better bagel shop in town so I can stop coming here!

The absolute slowest place on earth. Their incompetence is unacceptable. This is not just a one time occurrence, Ive been here multiple times and its ridiculous how long the orders take for a simple bagel with cream cheese. Im here right now and there are 7 people working behind the counter, half are just standing around doing nothing. We ordered one bagel and have been waiting 15 minutes.

We came at 11am on a Monday. They were all out of most bagels and coffee. The restaurant was filthy and no one paid attention to us trying to order. We had to ask someone to wait on us. I could see into the back kitchen and there were used gloves littering the floor. Instead of picking them up an employee was kicking them into a corner. The bagels were good only reason why I am giving two stars.

We havent had good luck with this location. The location is hard to get in and out of due to the divided highway. The atmosphere feels a bit more processed and rushed than some of the other locations. I frequently have to order something that isnt my usual because theyre out of the bagel used in my sandwich.

Place is filthy. This place hasnt been detail cleaned in years. Walls have food stuck to them thats been there forever, floors never cleaned, bathrooms look like a restroom at a bar downtown, counters behind the register area have food trying to petrify its been there so long. Place is disgusting.

We came in at around 11 am and the restaurant was almost empty, workers were chatting among them however they had several dirty tables and trash cans were full. I was rushed when I was ordering like there was a 100 people behind me. I would say poor management at this location.

They never have enough bagel for a bagel shop! Have only few selections everytime even in the morning. And also, crews... omg!! They are not professional what so ever. I gave it a few chances and I am done with them! They always ruin my mornings and days!!

I went to the store at 11am this past Sunday and they were out of plain bagels. I can not understand how a bagel shop is out of plain bagels on a Sunday morning. This has happened at other EinsteinBros stores too. Good bagels but bad management

This was a bad experience. Understaffed at prime lunch time 12:45pm although employee who helped me was doing the best she could with what upper management had given her. Place was dirty, debris on floor. Not good.

The bagels here are very good! They have a lot of flavors and plenty of options for cream cheese or breakfast sandwiches. Even when they are busy with a long line it usually doesnt take too long to get your food.

On a somewhat busy morning (weekday at 9:45am) there were multiple tables left dirty for the duration of my visit and coffee bar was very messy. Needs a bit more upkeep! But great food & drink as usual.
