I was sorely disappointed with this restaurant. They claim to have many vegan options, but looking at the menu they only had two entrees and two vegan sides out of the whole menu. I ordered the sesame tofu plate with the two vegan sides (mashed sweet potatoes, balsamic salad) as well as the one vegan pizza (crimini kale). No other items on the menu were vegan unless highly customized. Our food came with cheese on the salad and I suspect milk or butter throughout other places because I am lactose intolerant and it definately upset my stomach. Overall the food was not good reguardless. Pizza was cold, thin, and soggy. The sweet potatoes were sickly sweet. 10/10 would not recommend.

Ive never heard of this place and wasnt quite sure what to expect but Im so glad I was able to try it out. We came here on a Wednesday for a work lunch and there was six of us, it wasnt overly crowded and the staff was very helpful with all of our questions. Each one of us got a different item from the menu and we all loved every single bite! The portion size was very good, pricing was excellent and the food itself was just phenomenal! I will definitely be back - plus they have take out as well which is an added bonus!

We truly miss the old manner Casey. The place is not the same. Customer service is not at its best. Slow, simple ordering becomes stressful. We used to come every Sunday and today we decided to come back for breakfast hoping it has gotten better but trying to order shouldnt be so difficult. The food is good but service went down, dirty floors tables and seats .We really loved coming here, customer service and the whole experience used to be so great..

This is our first time visiting this restaurant, but doubt we will return. The printed menu prices were lower than the register prices and they refused to match. Then the food we ordered was mediocre at best in flavor and terrible on others. The steak must be cooked in water as it had very little flavor and was more like boiled chicken. The rosemary butter tasted and looked like green olive oil. And the temp of the food was barely even hot.

The food taste good, but portion sizes are not as great. To clarify the ratio of protein to lettuce in a salad is ridiculous. I got 4 small pieces of chicken in my salad. Bottom line the food is too overpriced for the amount of food that you actually want. This has happened on multiple occasions, even ordering the chicken plate where chicken is suppose to be the main entree.

Nice place. Great service, very friendly and delicious food. One of my favorites is the BBQ pizza. The pepperoni ("Pepe") pizza is really good too. Their sodas are different too, not the tired old Coke and Pepsi stuff... they are made with cane sugar instead of crappy high fructose corn syrup... and you can taste the difference.

New Fresno Mint salad is a winner. I first discovered this place in Boulder Colorado, its birthplace but have only visited the Flower Mound location sporadically since it opened. The motivation for the review is the new Fresno mint salad hit a home-run. The kids love the pizzas!

Very clean kitchen. I saw the owner/manager spent his time cleaning every part of the kitchen. I came over and thank him for keeping it clean, ultimately, healthy for us. Im so confident eating food made from this kitchen. Also, the food is delicious!

Great food. They are really good at making orders vegan friendly as well, although their menu doesnt indicate this as well as it could. A little on the pricey side for lunch, but really not too bad, and comparable to other places in the area.

All of their meats are humanely raised, hormone and antibiotic- free! The Flatiron salad is one of my favorites on the menu. I have iron- deficiency anemia and this really is a good, hearty option for me. I love this place

Tasty, healthy food. They actually print out how many calories are in you order at the register which is super helpful. The prices are a little higher than a fast food joint, but the food is tasty and extremely healthy.
