Came to this place with a fairly nasty migraine, and was looking for something to put a little pep into my blood sugar. Ordered a large smoothie and had the young lady behind the desk play 10 questions and ask me if I wanted a special or not. Love Jamba Juice, and I can walk into any other one in the DFW area and say "I want a large Caribbean Passion, and thats it" and be understood, rang up, and get my order and go...except the one on Camp Wisdom which I guess wanted to make my order more difficult, and then try to explain something while I had a migraine. May try this another day, but on this visit, I was not impressed (plus there were huge bits of fruit in my smoothie which made it exceptionally more difficult to drink.) I dont like to complain, but this stuck out to me. Id check out smoothie king instead.

The quality and taste of the food is great but I will not be going back. The service is Terrible. For those of us in the real world we cannot wait around on you 20 minutes after you open to finish prepping your food and getting ready fir the day. We have lives too and the lack if consideration for others time will cost you business time and again.

Chelsea G. 1/21/2014 Olivia was very rude did not great me when I walked in and did not offer me a receipt I had to ask her then she didnt say anything and just printed it out after a sigh. The smoothie was not well blended and Olivia was not very welcoming.

I love how healthy this place feels. It makes you feel good when you get smoothies and things from here. Many of their items are naturally sweet with no sugar added and no sugar needed.
