How do you stay in the chicken business without chicken? Ive eaten here a few times and initially I thought the food was decent although the service was always lacking. On Memorial Day weekend we went in and ordered chicken baskets. It was not crowded or busy. Our waiter came out about 8-10 minutes after we ordered and informed us that they were out of chicken tenders. He said the manager would be out to speak with us. Apparently the manager didnt feel that customer service was very important (probably embarrassed as well) so he/she never showed up at our table. We should have left then. If you dont have the goods tell your staff, if your staff finds out they shouldnt keep a customer waiting to inform them. We ate regular wings and then waited forever for the check. I finally got up and paid at the register. Honestly, the food can be good (and sometimes not) but the service at the Grapevine location has been poor on more than one occasion. They state in their in-store ad, "If you dont like our food, well give you the bird". My response is if you cant give good service there are plenty of chicken places next door and around the corner that will welcome my money. I dont need to put up with a fowl experience.

I usually love pluckers and Im a rewards member to prove it. My last couple of visits were a nightmare. I needed a new member card and gave the server in training and his trainer my Florida drivers license and they lost it. The second visit my partners macaroni and cheese was extremely dry and its usually creamy and quite delish. Her lemon pepper wings (that my partner ordered) had way too much seasoning on it and she had to scrape it off just to eat it. I ordered mild buffalo wings and loaded fries and there was barely any buffalo sauce on them. The fries were perfect after I coached them on how I wanted them prepared when I ordered them because they were skimpy on the toppings the prior visit when I ordered them. The waitress was very unattentive and we had to track her down. This is certainly not the service Im used to receiving from Pluckers and I came all the way from Florida to eat there. Thoroughly disappointed in Pluckers!

Sundays visit was horrible (5 people.) To start 30 min wait with several tables available. The manager Todd attempted to make up for wait with comp. Apps and $15 gift card. Seated at 6p.m. food arrived to table at 7:03 p.m.luke warm some wings were cold to the touch, fries were cold. Obviously he knew something we didnt. Because it was excuse after excuse for the slow service (short staff.) We asked our server Andrew for water and it never came so we went to bar and got it ourselves. Some orders were sent back only to be at the bottom of the wait list and not made priority. I will never visit this location again and this was my first time.

The hostesses are horrid. We arrived an hour early to get good seats for a college football game and they made us wait while they cleared a table IN THE BAR. We were not allowed to choose our own seats IN THE BAR! Then they seated us off to the side while the good seats were opening. Our waiter and another waiter were on our side and were trying to move us to better seats but the hostess pitched a fit. They moved us anyway while Miss Horrible Hostess screamed at them that she had to spray down our previously occupied table right in front of us. This was on October 19th, 2013 evening shift. We spent around $200 for 4 people.

Wings are great but some of the staff can make you feel unwanted and rush you out the door. I had ordered sauce with my wings and did not receive any when it was brought out. I asked the guy if he could bring me some and when he did, he slammed it on the table with sauce dripping all over the sides of the cup. The waitress brought us our bill without asking if we wanted anything else. She came by twice to collect the bill after telling her I wasnt ready to decide whether I wanted another beer. She seemed annoyed. It wasnt even busy so no not sure why people were upset. If you dont like your job, find somewhere else to work.

Pluckers has the best wings out of any wing place hands down. I love their food so much but I NEVER have good service! I have had a waiter hit on my boyfriend to the point that they were nearly in his lap! Every time I visit, I get maybe one refill if Im lucky. Ive had a Togo girl up charge me for something I didnt ask for (or get in my order at all). Food always comes out amazing but service at ANY pluckers is always a complete hit. I only come back for the food! If I didnt live 45 minutes away I would only get to go food from them so I didnt have to deal with their horrible waiters.

1ST Time at a Pluckers. I really enjoyed it. Fried Mac and Cheese app was really good. Salty, creamy, cheesy, cruchy. yum. Fried pickles were whole spears (order the full order) and delicious. The boneless wings are MASSIVE compared to the bone-in, so everyone suggested boneless. I ordered 5 bone-in(garlic parm) and 3 boneless(lemon pepper). Spicy garlic parm is not very spicy but tastes GREAT! I loved the bone-in wings and I think they have more flavor, but as promised the boneless wings are huge and also very good, and tender. I would recommend Pluckers to wing fans.

Pluckers has never disappointed me with their great assortment of wing sauces and appetizers. But I have to say that this location isnt up to the standards that their others are. I understand that a relaxed atmosphere is what you look for when coming to a place like this but the location just looks a little dated and tired. I believe it could benefit from a bit of a refresh. Otherwise please keep up the good work, the staff are friendly and helpful and I cant complain about the wings of course (but would you expect any less from Pluckers?).

This is the worse place to get wing, food in general , the Larry Bird taste horrible, the wings were room tempature, the service was horrible, the manager was extremely rude, when we made them aware the food taste bad, its not like the food was free, we are paying members, the bartender who setved us never ONCE asked if we needed anything, but he brought our check without us asking for it, and never asked if needed anything else or if we wanted to go cups for our non alcoholic drinks. Horrible horrible service.

Ive been to other Pluckers and they are 5 stars for sure. This one was a little different. They forgot my salads, the wings came out cold (very cold), the server never came to refill our drinks..so on.. The manager came and apologize for the mistakes and immediately order us more freshly done wings, also he didnt charge us for the drinks. That was very professional of him. Oh well I guess they were having a bad day. The food is always good nevertheless its just this one time issue. We will still be going back.

I love Pluckers, the food is awesome but service is really poor at this location. Really slow at getting food and drinks out and I have had multiple instances of wrong orders and forgotten items. It has never been the servers fault (meaning orders were entered correctly) always the kitchen. Also it shouldnt take 10 minutes to get a beer to your table. Would love to see management kick the back of the house and bar service up a notch and get them in line with their other locations!
