Went here with family from out of town. This was the first time we have been here. Needless to say it will be the last time. Server we had (i dont think she gave her name) was very rude and condescending. We order appetizers (both were cold and bland). Then we order our meals. There was 7 of us in our party. I ordered the sweet tea chicken (was average at best). My husband ordered pecan crusted chicken. You could look at it and see that it was burnt! It tasted disgusting and burnt. Husband took about 3 bites and that was it. Then my mother order their (as server stated great) Smoked Fried Chicken. The breading was so thick and even this was burnt! She got sick from this. Then my daughter order ribs and they were cold and disgusting. Sons hamburger was dry and bland. The only thing that came out descent was their smoked salmon my daughter ate. Oh and while my son was still eating the appetizer the waitress just reached over and took the plate. She did not even ask if he was done. You would think that the waitress would have notice the food being burnt and especially if your customers arent eating it that there is a problem. Needless to say we will NOT be going back and would not recommend this place.

I love this place, but recently it hasnt been the same...not necessarily bad, just different. I hadnt noticed before now but they have lunch platters (its been a few months since I wanted great soup), which is pretty on par with lunch time prices (I would know since I eat out 90% of the time). I am still going to forever mourn the loss of my hummus starter, and the butternut squash soup wasnt great today. I had to add salt and it wasnt as thick/hearty, not sure what happened could have just been the batch. Its my fav and the thing I always order...every...single...time...and this was the first time I could have left it un-eaten. Did I? No. Why? Hungry! HOWEVER you should know the bartender alone made up for the bad taste in my mouth, super nice, super friendly, great at multitasking, and youre not left unattended for long. I appreciate the customer service far more than anything else. Not to mention her shirt was the bomb, as a girl I appreciated the awesomeness of it.

Unbelievably bad service. Apparently, the girl bartender (never gave her name, very condescending) likes making loud sexual jokes with older men. If you arent over 40, I wouldnt recommend going here. 220 lb guy got cut off after 3 drinks after being there for over 2 hrs to watch the game. We got walked by 3 times being stared at with no offers for another drink. Yet, theres 40 yr old men at the bar getting served consistently and catered to. Both bartenders walked by 2 men in their 30s who are over 220 lbs without offering service because they obviously wanted us to leave. Under 40, not welcome...

Too many oversights for us to return..... Got the wedge salad- sent it back because I could see the brown aging marks on lettuce from where it was cut the day before, I ordered the Poblano Corn Chowder, BUT it doesnt say it has chicken in it on MENU (I hate chicken), my collegue specifically asked for no mayo on burger- it came with mayo on it; this place is a woodfire/smoked food restaurant, but their smoker wasnt working today & half of the items on menu werent available. This place needs to get their act together. Theres too many great restaurants in the vicinity to return to this one.

The food was acceptable, but expensive. My party was seated at the table next to the hostess station where several of the waitstaff gossiped continuously and loudly for the entire meal. I thought wed get a break when I noticed a staff meeting assembling in the bar area, but these girls did not participate. It was a constant annoying drone for the entire meal. For this type of place, the service was not very good. We waited long periods of time with no attention while having to listen to the constant noise from the hostess station. I didnt notice any reason to ever go back so I wont.

Always great food. Great wait staff. Everyone is pleasant and well trained. Owner Dave is on site and his lovely wife picked the music. His sons are behind the Barbie serving. A true gem. The food is varied and top notch. Consistently good. The pricing is significantly below other restaurants offering similar fare. A comfortable and fun bar. Excellent drinks and good mixology. A true "Cheers" bar if you want it.

Kim is Amazing! I have Celiacs disease and she made sure to have my food gluten free and checked on us several times to make sure our food tasted good. The gluten free menu is pretty big. I had the portebello burger and my mom had the hanger sandwich. Both delicious! The spinach artichoke dip was amazing! We will come back for sure! I cant stress enough how AWESOME Kim is!

Sarah was our waitress and was very attentive and accommodating. I also counted 5 people that stopped by to check with us throughout our stay. The food was excellent, we were thrown off by the one page menu at first but the food was spectacular. I even spilled a drink and one of the guys asked Sarah to bring another. Great environment: food, people, lighting etc

Hadnt been in a while and surprised to see menu has shrunk a fair amount. Steak was cooked perfectly and had a great taste. Wifes food was said to be good but a sons burger was slightly undercooked yet flavorful. Server was also not very attentive, but quality of food overall for the price kept it from being just 3 stars.

New from Australia so we are trying as many different places as possible. Been here twice in the last month. Thought the first may be a fluke but both times have been superb! Service was great both times, wine list great and the steaks were the best we have had. Our new regular!

Waiter take us at patio and after 15 minutes and nobody did not come to serve. I call and ask are you busy today. Waiter sayd that they are not busy. And i asked for service at outside and lady say: oh, i forgot to tell at waiters. Well food better to be good.

The place was nice but the service was slow, the appetizer was super greasy and very over fried TWICE. The prices are a bit high and the food was not very good "in my whole familys opinion". It was a new placeto try but we wont be going back to.

This place is comparable to a mid level eat in chain. Our food was served quickly, and the server was attentive. We are open to going back if we are in the area again. Went on Sunday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. $2 mimosas were awesome.

Friend and i were looking for a place open on Labor Day. First AND LAST TIME. Girl at the bar was rude,unhelpful regarding the offer rings, and provided POOR SERVICE. Also lousy wine list. We wont ever go back.

My wife and I enjoyed the waiter Alex and the recommendation of the different options we have. Wife had the hand cut filet cook to perfection and I had the wood grilled salmon. We will be back to try the ribs
