I usually only give a below 5 star rating in extreme cases and today is one of those. I dont know what the issue was tonight with our waiter. He was either new or completely incompetent. To say it was all his fault would be a lie, the staffing was horrible tonight. It appeared that he was running around like a chicken with his head cut off tending to the ENTIRE restaurant on his own (i should note that there were less than 20 people the entire time we were here). If this was his first night solo the manager should be fired to put this poor man through that, if it isnt his first night then he seriously needs better training. My food was good as always as was my bfs but my god if someone orders the endless pancake then he should get endless pancakes. We were there for over an hour and he only got 4 count them 4 pancakes! Thats two orders of a 2 stack. The poor waiter was confused as to whether or not my bf had already received the pancakes or not and when he did check on us (every 20 minutes it felt like) he left so fast to tend to another table that we couldnt even ask for another stack. Again, i dont place all the blame on the waiter as he clearly did not have the support needed to efficiently do his job. I just really hope our next visit is better.

Hi, I am from Spain and I was at my holidays having breakfast at Sunday Morning after people went to church, what is not very usual here in the South of Spain. I LOVED how was the waiters there, I loved the food. Even the place was full of people they was really quick in service and really attend and nice with me and my friend. They are very friendly and u can eat delicious everything... And if u need an extra of something, they dont put any objection, in Spain is very usual an objection. I went with my friend from Euless and I recommend this place. Soy de España y estuve de vacaciones, la comida fantástica, las camareras super amables y simpáticas, España debería de aprender a ser tan servicial y simpáticos al.servir un desayuno con el.sitio a rebosar de gente y seguir con la.sonrisa en la cara y super atentos en todo momento.Te ínflas a comer y si te sobra te lo ponen en un tapper para llevar a casa! I cant wait to.visit again even if its true that in USA the coffee is really bad, wont worrie, is everywhere there lol, so it was not a history.. I will go in my next holidays after summer and I cant wait to.order cchocolate cakes!! Hahaha good job and my congratulations to.all the workers in Ihop.

I am only giving this place one star because the food was fresh if not for that Id be giving it ZERO stars. The waitress friendly at first, but when she took our order she walked away before even checking if that was alĺ we were ordering. I dont care if the menu states that the salads are served with ranch, the waitress shouldve have done her job and notified me about that and asked if that was ok or if I wanted to substitute it for something else. During our meal she came back twice, l once was not 3 minutes after bringing out our food "to check on us" the second time was to bring us our ticket/check before we were even half way done eating. After we finished we waited over 10minutes for her to return to the table but of course she didnt. Ended up calling the manager over to our table... wow! I have never dealt with management anywhere who gave us such a bitchy attitude with an obvious sense of entitlement while looking down on the customers. We will NOT be back to this establishment!

Have always had a good experience at this location except for the last time. My sons sausage had an off(not fresh) taste to it. And my wheat pancakes came out like cardboard the first time,(with the blueberries on top still frozen!) and doughy inside the second time. Told manager about it and he gave nothing but excuses. "i just had the sausage, its tastes great!","well, the wheat pancakes are going to have a different taste". Didnt apologize or offer a discount to the ticket. Almost made me feel as if I was trying to get over on him and he just wanted me out of the store. Have eaten here for years,with no complaints but will not be going back. Maybe the managers should be in the kitchen from time to time making sure the cooks know what theyre doing instead of sitting in the office , only coming out to shoo away good paying customers. I should mention though that the waitress was apologetic and extremely helpful but can only do so much. The manager should have been more caring.

Would not serve my diabetic mother for having a snack with her. They are pushing "No outside food" rule way too far. My mom just had a snack so she could take her medication while waiting to be served, and then they refused to serve us. I am utterly disgusted at the treatment of my mom. Diabetes is a serious medical condition and it is very scary when your sugar is low. No one should feel humiliated about a medical condition. I am honestly so angered with this IHOP words cannot express it. I understand the intentions behind the "no outside food rule" considering I work in restaurant bussiness, but we were planning to eat there, and enjoy our meal. Instead my mom was discriminated against because of a bag of chips. Are you really telling me youd rather have a customer die than eat outside food to take medication? Truly disgusted with their customer service. The manager and hostess were very rude, hateful, and treated my mom like trash. I would leave no stars, if possible.

This location is in need of a serious staff overhaul. Weve been here 3 times trying to give it a chance as its the one closest to our house. On 3.03.17 we literally just gave up and left. We waited way too long at the front to be seated when there was only maybe 3 other tables with people seated. Once we were seated the lady who sat us got our drinks then disappeared. We waited for over 20 minutes before we walked out. As we were leaving the couple checking out were complaining of a similar issue. This place always seems to be under staffed. The experience before a lady was running the place with the exception of the cooks by herself. She made sure to tell everyone as rudely as possible at that. From now on we will drive a little further to the location off of 121.

So I go there Sunday May 24th. As Im walking to my table a section of the roof falls on my shoulder. My son a few paces behind me. He is fine. A man from a table in front of me and sees what happens, quickly gets up to go tell management. Not once did management come over to apologize or express concern! I paid my full ticket and left. Next day my shoulder starts to hurt, especially when I drive. The only one who apologized to me was my waitress Reyna. They ought to make her manager and get rid of the ones they have there. I will be contacting a lawyer, unfortunately for them. If they had just acknowledged what happened because more than one employee saw it happen, then I wouldnt take this route. All in all it was very upsetting. Great way to set an example.
