Worst place ever. Came the 25th with my whole family, 15 people all adults. First the hostess wanted to give us 3 different tables and be all separated. We asked her to seat us on the far room where there was no one, she said there was a party "coming in 30 min" which it wasnt true. 2nd our waitress Jae or Jay cant member her name, gave us bad attitude, she took 20 min to serve our drinks, then took our orders and took 40 min to be ready. So all those 40 min she never went to check on our drinks. We had to stand up and ask her for refills. 3. The manager had to help her which we appreciate cuz she did her best to solve the problem, but still the waitress was slow, she was just talking by the machin at the exit of the kitchen 4. We didnt want to leave a tip but we did after all. once we leave the waitress Jae or Jay was already on top of her car smoking, she park on the side, not on the back like they supposed to park, and she didnt see us, but her car was next to mine and we were listening to her conversation. Saying that she had a table or 15 annoying people that we make her night ugly. That make me feel angry and thats why Im doing this complaint.

Nursing a slight hangover and leaving my hotel IHOP seemed like a great choice. Little did I know that they have the absolute worst service that has ever existed. The wait for a seat wasnt bad especially for a Sunday morning. Our drink and food orders are taken in a timely manner and then hells gates opened wide a ten minute wait for water, another twenty minutes and complaining to a manager to get coffee and juice. 20 more minutes for food, almost every single order was wrong in some capacity, missing sides, wrong amounts, one persons omelet contained something they were allergic too and they specified to remove it. Topping off the now 2 hour long meal it took 20 minutes to get our checks and another 10 minutes to run the cards. It was such a bad experience that I probably wont go to any IHOP for a long time much less this one in Grapevine.

Went here after a concert and had a bad experience with terribly slow service. There were 3 other tables in the entire restaurant and we still waited 10 minutes for drinks and another 30 for food after placing our order. Fast forward a few months. Its after another concert and this is one of the only places open at midnight on a Sunday. We decided to give it another chance so we went inside and saw the "please wait to be seated" sign. We waited to be seated. For about 10 minutes. With 2 different IHOP employees walking past us a couple of times and refusing to make eye contact. We waited a few more minutes before just leaving and going to the Whataburger drive thru. If you have over an hour to spare and you really, really want breakfast, this IHOP is fine. But if youre looking for remotely timely service, I would find another restaurant.

Seated quickly by a bilingual hostess that was polite. Our waitress, however, struggled with English and was hard to understand. We got our food fairly quickly, but EVERY SINGLE THING was cold. They offered to heat it up but we were in a hurry and frankly arent comfortable with sending back food... bc who knows what ticked off cook will put in it... so, we asked for the manager and she was very apologetic and polite and discounted our meal. The waitress, however, came back and rudely said "They discounted you very little, I hope you know that!" A discount wasnt the point. Letting management know that somewhere a ball was dropped was. We eat at IHops all over the country and love them. I didnt appreciate the waitresses attitude.

My son and I started dropping by here after church. The first and second time were, well, bleh. We decided to give it another shot today, service was horribly slow, understaffed, but worst of all, we both got sick and spent the day dealing with the aftermath. The fruit on my "Healthy" breakfast was like last years leftovers, a small spatter of egg substitute and leathery turkey bacon that was cold. I would hesitate, no, I wouldnt have fed it to my dog. So were done for good. Listen up Mr. Manager, dont get too comfortable just because there are no other breakfast places in close proximity. We will go out of our way to go elsewhere.

Been going there for the past few months for a networking breakfast group. A week ago Friday our usual waiter wasnt there. One waitress was working the entire restaurant. 35+ ppl in our group so iHop was definitely benefitting from our meeting. The waitress and the manager gave us the worst service ever. Rude, interuptive, got most orders wrong and/or incomplete. The manager had the nerve to tell our organizer to tell people to stop talking while they were handing out food. Twice! I will never step foot in there again. This is a group of networkers who network with a huge amount of people, iHop.

My coffee cup had bright pink lipstick all over it. I told the waiter, Jason, and he made a joke saying it was his. He brought out a "new one" but it looked he had just tried to wipe off the lipstick, as it had faint pink lipstick on it still. In addition, I had ordered a Pepsi, they were OUT of Pepsi so he brought me Dr Pepper, which I dont like. I wont be back to this one. I gave 2 stars just because the food was good, even though they were out of some food choices. BTW, this was at 10am on a Wed!!! I wont be back to this one.

Ill tell you why a 5....SAMUEL was on point!! He got everything right and even when I ordered turkey bacon he made my veggie omelette on point even more and added that turkey goodness inside.. thanks Samuel for some great customer service :) and also thanks to the cook who made my veggie omelette pretty flavorful and packed full of awesome veggies ... and we all know egg whites and veggies might be a challenge when it comes to making it flavorful so touché mon ami!

Most of the time the food is great. We dont go eat here much. I call in an order and my husband will pick it up on the way home. Any and EVERY TIME we call our order in no one will answer the phone. We have to call like 7 times in 30 mins just to place the order. When my husband gets there to pick up the food which is always before its ready there is only a couple of people in the store. No reason to not answer phones. Learn how to answer youre phones........

Ive been to many IHOP in the DFW area but this Southlake location by far is the best one!!! The food looks just like the picture in the menu.... Perfect!!! My hats off to the chefs!! The waitress Flor is so caring, giving, outstandingly great customer service to us... We really appreciate all of yall! This is why we came back to this one today!!!! Appreciate your generosity and make it a great day!!!

Waiter was great, food was horrible. We both ordered burgers but regretted it. My husband ordered a double meat cheeseburger and I ordered a single meat. The only thing they put on it was thick slices of tomatoes....period. No lettuce, onions or anything else but I guess thats why he brought me 2 bowls of mayo for 1 burger (to make up for it ). The meat was dry like a dry rag and zero flavor.
