Ive always been one to enjoy a good, hearty hamburger; finding Fuddruckers Hamburgers when I moved to this city seemed like a lucky surprise. Ive made a few visits, the staff and service were friendly and the food was pretty good. The french fries and onion rings were pretty good, and the hamburgers were juicy and delicious as to be expected. I was delighted to find the fresh vegetable&condiment bar, helping you to dress your own burger exactly as you like it. There was the problem. The fresh vegetable bar may not always be as fresh as you might believe. Recently I was chowing down on a burger when I came across a bit of red onion that was unbelievably spicy and sour tasting. I thought not too much of it, just a piece of onion that had been out a little too long. It happens on occasion, no harm no foul. I continued the evening with my fiance, thinking nothing of dinner, just a little too full was all. The time was 2:25 AM. I could feel this immense pressure building up around my stomach. I sipped some water, and waited in the bathroom for a few moments; that was when it all began. Vomit erupted from my mouth violently over and over until there was nothing left. Thank God it was all over. Time to get back to bed. Thirty minutes passed, when I was subdued by agonizing pain once more. Back to the bathroom; more water, more waiting. It happened again, vomiting until I thought I might die, when the unexpected happened. Diarrhea had struck me simultaneously during the last heave. I quickly cleaned off the toilet seat, reversed my self and slammed down onto the toilet and clung to the edge of the bathtub next to me for support. I yelped for my fiance. She rushed into the bathroom to check on me. I could feel every last bit of anything leaving my body, until there were no more solids left. What followed, I could explain best only by describing it as urinating from my anus over and over. After an hour more, when I believed myself to be mostly finished, we rushed to the hospital. With every question I had to answer vocally I could feel my stomach churn, followed eventually by more vomiting, but only of stomach acid and bile. They wouldnt allow me to consume anything else for risk of more vomit or diarrhea. The put me on an IV with antiemetics and anti-diarrheals. After a few hours I was discharged, but the pain, nausea and weakness continued for the following week. As someone who has worked and led in the food industry for a few years, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Fuddruckers is obviously wreckless with their produce in handling and storage. They also may need to review their sanitation policies and their policy on employees coming to work with any symptoms of illness. I will never be eating at this restaurant again, and I warn you not to do the same.

The food is overpriced. I am a single mom, brought my son here to celebrate his perfect grades. $22. Also I wasnt expecting potato wedges. It said "fries". My burger was great and the bun was PERFECT. My sons food however was bad. Really bad. He got grilled chicken strips and mac n cheese. The chicken was COVERED in seasoning that made the chicken too spicy and salty for my son. I scraped it off but it had saturated through the meat completely. And the mac n cheese must have been from yesterday. Its like they added water to it and microwaved it. Water wad dropping from his spoon. Gross. My son barely touched his food. It went from celebration to punishment in 2 bites. Now I gotta take him somewhere else to make up for it. Turned into a severely expensive day for us. Friendly faces though. But it isnt worth $22 to end up taking my son somewhere else to eat. Wont be returning.

Been coming here after moving to DFW in 2008. Service, quality of food and cleanliness have all declined since coming here. Weve come during lunch and dinner times, they are much busier in the afternoon. We came after 6pm and couldnt believe how the floors were dirty, booths had food on them, booster seats and height chairs had food plastered on them and were disgustingly sticky. There was food all over the carpets, which could easily be vacuumed. Staff periodically on their cell phones, IMO, means that the restaurant could have been tidied up. This falls upon the management. I will say the manager working tonight was a bit more cordial than others in the past.

Great American Hamburger!!! I ordered mine medium rare, most places will look at you like you had a single eyeball in the middle of your forehead, and then tell you,no way, but you get it your way here. Condiments are top notch, and you can add as much as you want, its your burger to build. The bun is better than I have gotten anywhere else. Service was great, and I had my burger within five minutes, about right for a two thirds pound burger. The sad thing is, people will drive past this place and go to Micky Ds or BK, and never know what a great burger is.

We really like Fudds but this one in Bedford always disappoints. It is consistently FILTHY. The womens bathroom was gross (sticky floors, nasty sinks and doors that dont lock) and the dining area leaves a lot to be desired. The booths have visible dirt embedded on them and the sauce station needs a serious cleaning. Sad part is, there are (as I type) 4 people standing behind the grill counter chatting and looking on their phones. There is plenty of labor allocated to the location. Its just poorly managed. We wont be back.

Save yourself $30 and go elsewhere. Granted the onion rings and loaded fried where awesome, but the restaurant was filthy and we went in at 11:20 am so that was dirt from the night before... we both got the Kobe Tuesday specials and the burgers were over cooked and very drab tasting. We had to load them full of ketsup and salt to eat even half of them. Like I said, save yourself $30 and go get a burger literally anywhere else....

Shoutout to the Bedford store... We started our day out at 6am... And made our way to AT&T stadium for the Red Zone Games. We ended our adventure here and I have to say! This is hands down, the absolute best example of hospitality we received in the DFW area. Way to go Fuddruckers - Bedford keep up the great work, great service, and spectacular HOSPITALITY!!!!

Food is awesome, but the staff seem to be tired of working there, specially the cashiers. Cleanliness is high, and atmosphere is family style. prices: overpriced; youll pay $13 for a third-pounder burger, some fries and a medium soda, but at the end of your Neal youll know that it worth it. I recommend it for you if you wanna enjoy a good burger.

The only thing I can say about this Fuddruckers is that the location is kind of hidden. I had to seek it out specifically because their food is so delicious and I felt like a burger. I couldnt see myself driving by it on my commute. I favor the one in Benbrook, the staff and food there is incredible.

Ive had way better food at many places for a fraction of the cost and had my food served to me. This chain is a joke. Over $50 for 3 adults and 1 child to eat and not get full is waaaaaay too much. Menu prices on this site are a lie btw, they are much higher. First and last time to dine here.
