We ordered two pizzas and a dessert. My wife is a vegetarian and ordered a stuffed crust pizza with mushrooms and black olives. After receiving our pizzas and opening them we saw that she had received a Hawaiian pan pizza with Canadian bacon and pineapple. I called the delivery driver back who said she would talk to her manager when she got back to the store and have him call me. She called a few minutes later to tell me that her manager would not talk to me and that it would be an hour before we received a replacement for my wifes pizza. She offered to credit our pizza hut account the value of the pizza but would not credit the amount back to our card. I checked the receipt on the off chance that the pizza had been ordered incorrectly and found that the mistake was definitely on the stores end. I dont know if this is how pizza hut typically does business but the offer of satisfaction was insulting and rude and the managers refusal to speak to me was even more insulting.

Extremely unprofessional. Spoke with a manager by the name of Kyle about my order and how it was messed up. He gave me the option to "Forget the whole thing ever happened" which I didnt take. I spent my hard earned cash on this order why would I allow you to forget it happened and I am stuck with something COMPLETELY INEDIBLE!! He offered me to bring the entire order back but I was already on 114 headed to Fort Worth so why would I do that?? His sarcastic tone, and attitude was ridiculous, as if i was bothering the hell out of him. It showed me he didnt care at all. He has the be the worst manager, with the absolute worst work history!! They can find someone on the corner to do a better job than what he did. I will never visit this location again!

I placed an online order at 11:06am and requested that my personal pan pizza and breadsticks be delivered by 12:00pm (MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME). 12:30 rolls around and my pizza still wasnt delivered. I called the store and was told, "Oh, he left ten minutes ago and he will be ANY minute". Okay, no problem. 12:50 rolls around and I finally get a call from the driver saying he is lost. I give him directions and he arrives in less than 30 seconds. When he gets to me he is friendly and polite and really apologetic. I take my pizza and the box is so soggy it is falling apart, the bag of breadsticks is the same way and my pizza is unbelievably cold! The only thing saving this place from a 1 star rating is the driver.

I called to make an order while i was at work for my kids at home with daddy, they asked for my phone number twice and apt number twice i gave it. pizza was suppose to show up at 1:30 hubby called a 2:30 so i called them they cancelled it because they had the wrong apt number and tried to call the number which they also got wrong!! so they said your money will be back in your account in a couple days but you can re order now. so i was mad that i had to pay again for their mistake! so i tried to order but then was asked will the card be there to verify i said no im at work! so i hung up but they sent the pizza anyways and charged me!

Have you ever noticed no one ever goes online to leave a good review? Aside from that, my friends and I have ordered from this particular location many times. Each time they have provided us with good service, if not EXCELLENT. A few times we had ordered a particular item, only to find out either its no longer available on the menu, or just out of ingredients, and the manager offered to replace our order with additional free sides. Would definitely come back and recommend it to a friend.

We ordered a pizza from here at 10:30pm and they told us the estimated arrival time was 10:55 pm so we waited in our hotel room had no missed calls and they showed up and left without delivering or trying to contact us. We had to call them at 11:10 in order to find out we were not going to get our pizza. The manager was sooo rude on the phone and lied about calling the hotel and my cell phone. Horrible service..

Always take forever to answer their phone. I got there for my order and I waited close to 10 minutes till someone acknowledge us. They literally would look my direction and no one would even say " Ill be right with you". I understand you get busy but at least acknowledge people when they get there.

Employees are super friendly. Every time I order, I usually get my food delivered in 30 mins or less. A lot of times Im surprised by how fast they can get it to me. Drivers are always really friendly. Consistently good hot food. Best Pizza Hut Ive ever lived near.

The worst service and pizza ever. I ordered a gluten free pizza. It too 1.5 hours to be delivered to us. It was ice cold and it was the wrong pizza. Then when I tried to call them back to complain the line was always busy. Horrible service.

Love Pizza Hut pizza. HATE the call center and that we cant talk to the actual store we are ordering from. We were stiffed the last 2 times on our blue cheese. And they charge a LOT for it. Will see if it happens a 3rd time tonight.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. the pizza quality is terrible I would rather have a frozen pizza especially to avoid the terrible employees. Papa Johns is a better choice as far as customer service goes!
