Today I had a fantastic experience at this Red Lobster location. I am a manager in sales and run 5 locations and I know how rare it is to find exemplary customer service. Our server Matt was great and I dont usually write reviews but I felt compelled to write this review and give my experience here 5 stars. Thanks Matt.

All in all its a very nice place to eat, and the majority of the time the food is good. A couple of times I had ordered the lobster, and it was bad, but they were very understanding, and replaced the meal without charging me. Its a bit pricey to eat here all of the time, but than again seafood isnt cheap.

We had the best time, the food was excellent, our server Pablo was excellent. Mike the manager was amazing. I never went anywhere and felt so comfortable like I did at red lobster. Thank you everyone for making our evening a memorable.

Great food, silverware had white spots all over ,sent back 3 sets, with no luck had to clean them myself, they blamed hard water, but looks like washer water just need to be changed out.

Fine Red Lobster as far as Red Lobsters go. It can get busy, every so often the food takes a very long time to come out, but the price is good, food is tasty, and service passable.
